The Tenerife region

The positive influence of the Trade Winds, the Gulf Stream and Latitude makes one of the best climates of the World, particularly in Medano Beach, with plenty of sunshine, practically no rains and very comfortable and stable temperatures all year round.
From Medano Beach you can make day excursions to emblematic sites of the Island: National Park of Las Cañadas, Orotava Valley, Anaga and La Esperanza forests, La Laguna (World Heritage), Garachico...
We are very close to 5 Golf Courses located in the South of the Island.

The apartment is brand new, finished in 2006, with best quality materials, thermal and acustic insulation, full of light and ventilation, with privacy. You can reach the beach directly from the apartment. And it is also very practical for families with small children, handicaped people or sportmen (specially wind and kite surfers).
