Sitting on a hill with a view of the marina, its own sea lake/lagoon. On the BBQ terrace that has 2 sun loungers and mountain backdrop is a perfect location to watch the evening sunset.
This villa offers 2 large unique man made filtered with fountains sea lake excellent for swimming. Unlike the disadvantages of swimming in chlorine pools this natural water is full of beneficial elements.
Surrounded by mature garden with palm trees offering serenity and at night open view to watch the stars.
The lush green lawn with high hedges provides privacy for sunbathing, the front open terrace has its own marble bar area to enjoy alfresco eating. There is also an outdoor fresh water shower.
Ideally located to the marina and Mangroovy/Zeytoona beach only minutes walk to the many restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment area.
The Golf course and 5 star hotels are a few minutes drive.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region

Visits to Luxor, the Valley of the Kings and the Pyramids at Giza are all absolute "musts". We would also recommend taking a desert safari at sunset or a cruise down the River Nile.

On the Red Sea coast, you'll find underwater treasures just as impressive as those above ground. The Red Sea is home to some of the world's most spectacular pristine coral reefs, and is a popular destination amongst deep-sea divers.

Finally, Egypt boasts impressive tourist amenities, from PGA golf courses and top-quality tennis courts to watersports, shops and a variety of restaurants.

El Gouna is a world-class resort on the beautiful Red Sea Riviera, excellent value for money considering the great location and top-class facilities. Offering the best Scuba diving and Golf courses.
Walking distance to both the beach and the beautiful Marina, with its variety of classy restaurants overlooking the Red Sea and boutique-style shops. How to get there

The local airport is Hurghada, just 20 kilometres away. Airfares start from £149 per person. Taxis are available from Hurghada airport. Transport can be arranged at travellers own cost. Cleaning service can be arranged

Car rentals are unnecessary. Bus service is cheap and excellent (weekly unlimited ticket £1.50, Tok-tok 50p per person, taxis at £1.50 per ride.

The 3rd bedroom which is an outside wing, is a self- contained studio, with separate entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The room is surrounded by greenery and uninterrupted privacy.
The 2 living rooms are decorated in a separate theme with ample room to entertain or simply watch TV, the lounges lead to a large terrace with seating area, an ideal get away from the mid day sun.

Separate shower in the garden for cooling down. A lovely green lawn to use for sunbathing and children playing. A marble seating area to use for light snacks. A separate large sunbed with its own parasol for relaxing.
The amazing concept of this developement is its own filtered sea lake, which is better than any chlorinated swimming pool.
