This luxury villa with it's own pool is set within landscaped garden accessed via a private gated entrance with a covered parking area. The villa is open plan with spacious accommodation, a fully fitted kitchen, two lounge areas both overlooking the pool terrace. Dining is al fresco in the shade of a covered terrace. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 with en-suite facilities on the gound floor, the 3 other bedrooms are on the first floor, the master bedroom has en-suite bathroom and the 2 additional ooms each have their own access to a shared shower room. There are double beds to all rooms. Each of the first floor bedrooms has its own balcony, all with far reach views.

To the rear of the property there is a large terrace with private swimming pool with sun loungers, sun umbreallas, shower and a BBQ, This area offers direct access to the lagoon with an expanse of water and views across the desert towards the mountains, the sun is on the terrace all day and facing west there are amazing sunsets. The villa also has a large roof terrace with seatiing and enjoying panoramic views. The villa is located in a quiet area but only a short distance from El Gouna’s extensive facilities. This is a wonderful holiday home for families and friends of all ages.

How to get there

Our nearest airport is Hurghada International which is served by flights from the UK and Europe's major airports.

UK flights are available from Easy Jet, Thomas Cook & Thomsons, arriving Friday, Monday & Tuesday. Flying time is around 5 hours, there is no nearer destination for all year round sunshine.

El Gouna is located 20 minutes drive from Hurghada airport. Please contact us to arrange your transfer.

Many visitors also fly into Cairo International and take the opportunity to visit the Pyramids, The Cairo Museum and Cairo's many other sites before flying or driving down to Hurghada. Why not consider this option too?

Once in El Gouna a car is not necessary but we are happy to arranged one for you should you decide to explore the surrounding area.

Travel around El Gouna is simple. There a resort bus serving all areas which costs about £2 a week or you can travel by Tok Tok about 50p per person to anywhere within El Gouna. There is also a local taxi service which charges about £2 per trip anywhere within the resort.

"This was our first visit to Egypt, and we could not have picked a more beautiful location. We did some research before our trip, but it's quite difficult to describe just how lovely it (El Gouna) is. We stayed in this beautiful villa for 14 nights and had a wonderful time. The decor was fresh and comfortable as were the bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of sunbeds and seating in the outside areas.
