About the home

Our villa in El Gouna is perfectly situated for a tranquil vacation. With easy access to beaches, snorkelling, kite surfing, various trips are also available to Cairo, frequent buses to Hurghada, many restaurants and cafe bars with very reasonable prices and personable staff are a 10 minute walk away.
The villa is private and NOT OVERLOOKED!
Trips can be booked in downtown Elgouna. The freshwater pool(not all pools in Elgouna are freshwater) is cleaned on a daily basis, early morning to avoid disruption to the holidaymaker. The South Marina complex is ideally located due to the very short walk to downtown and Marina - less than 10 mins walk. Smoke alarms are also included, a rarity in Egypt! There are six sun loungers and ample shaded area on the ground floor terrace and roof terrace. Also 2 deck chair type chairs. PLEASE NOTE ; HOLIDAYMAKERS ARE LIABLE FOR THE SAFETY OF THEMSELVES AND ACCOMPANYING HOLIDAYMAKERS INCLUDING THE SAFETY OF CHILDREN AROUND THE POOL. THE POOL DEPTH IS CLEARLY DISPLAYED AND INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. We require a deposit of £100 with the balance paid one month prior to travel.(** Deposits are non refundable.**)The managemnt company in Elgouna meet holidaymakers at the villa to do a 'meet and greet' and are contactable 24/7. The price advertised INCLUDES airport transfers as we feel this is all part of the holiday experience for seamless transfers.(Towels and beach towles are provided for guests use.)**ELECTRICITY AND WATER PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED AT THE END OF THE STAY**

A relaxing year round safe resort suitable for all ages. Local tuk tuks available for journeys within Elgouna and buses available for trips to Hurghada and Cairo (a longer journey with an overnight stay recommended).

Trips to Bedouin camps, Jeep safari, submarine trips are available in the down town tourist shop, (information centre)

The El Gouna area

Nearby beaches are Mangroovy and Zeytouna; Kitesurfing is a popular pastime in Elgouna. Bicycle rental is available at the information centre down town.

Golfing is available at the Steigenberger Hotel and golf resort. Snorkelling and scuba diving are also readily available. Nearby hotels offers spa treatments at reasonable prices as does a small salon on the nearby marina.
Restaurants of many nationalities and budgets are available down town and in the Marina. A limited supply of groceries are available in the supermarkets and fresh fish and fruit and vegetables are also available.

We are also in the fortunate position of having NO building work nearby, so your holiday will not be spoiled by biuilding noise.
