This tastefully furnished ground floor apartment offer the perfect base for a relaxing, sun soaked holiday. The apartment also has three terraces where you can sit in the evenings watching the sunset and enjoying the scenery .
With beautiful views from the terrace overlooking the lagoon and a gorgeous swimming pool available it is impossible not to relax and have a wonderful holiday! There is also a breathtaking 18 hole golf course nearby.
Within walking distance are plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy good meals and spend the evenings.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region
The sun shines all year round with temperatures 25c February up to 45c in the summer, making this an ideal holiday destination. The region itself offers something for everyone.
Most of the Red Sea Riviera is a National Park with this long coast line offering miles of gorgeous beaches. It is located right by the magnificent Red Sea, considered to be one of the most attractive diving and snorkelling sites. There are also many bustling resorts full of many attractions to visit and explore.
El Gouna area
Elgouna is a high-end destination boasting a wealth of facilities and activities. The 2 main areas are down town with ample shops bars and street parties and the Marina with cosmopolitan dining overlooking the wealth of yachts.
Golf West is a short walk away from down town,or you can take the bus or tok tok. There is a wide selection of restaurants and bars. Street parties are held 6 nights a week in various locations in down town and the marina. The resort is popular for diving, there are 9 dive centres, also kite surfing,wind surfing, paragliding, water skiing, and snorkeling is a must.
Tennis, go-carting, horse riding and quad biking are also available. Excursions to Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, and a cruise down the Nile can be arranged via the information centre down town or at any of the hotels.
How to get there
Easyjet ,Thomascook ,Thomson ,Firstchoice have regular flights from Gatwick and Manchester,all land at Hurghada airport.
Airport transfers can be arranged at a cost of £12 for 2 person one way and £16 for 4 persons.
There is an English speaking rep to meet and show you around the apartment.

Further details indoors: Being on the ground floor is ideal for children as there are no stairs to climb. We have a large kitchen area and a 6 seater dining table and chairs.
The lounge is very comfortable if you fancy that quite evening at home.
Further details outdoors: The apartment is on the lagoon beach, just a few metres away from the shared pool. We supply 4 sun loungers with mattresses.
A bus passes the apartment every 30 minutes at a cost of £2.20 per person for a weekly ticket which can also be used on the boat shuttle which links up all the lagoons. The tok toks are a fun way to get around at 50 pence per person.

The air con, water and electric are included in the rental price. We request that the sun bed mattresses are brought back to the terrace each evening.
No smoking in the apartment, and no pets.
Conditions
£50 non refundable deposit payable when the let is confirmed with the balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks before the holiday.
Refundable breakages deposit of £75 to be paid with the final payment, that will be returned within 7 days of your departure subject to our agents inspection.
