The house is set in a prime position, boasting exquisite views of the Red Sea Lagoons, PGA golf course and the expanse of desert behind El Gouna. 3 Double/Twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sun terraces and a uniquely large roof terrace all boasting panoramic views.
The house is fully equipped, including washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD player etc
Sitting directly on the lagoon beach, with a fantastic pool in easy access. El Gouna town can be accessed within minutes via Tuk Tuk, or local regular bus service, or personal boat.
Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Watersports and an excellent PGA Golf course are all within easy reach. Many other activities are available, including, Desert Quad Biking, Horse Riding on the beach, Tennis, or just relaxing in the sun!! Trips further afield can easily be arranged to Cairo or Luxor.

Further details indoors: Master bedroom is a double bedroom, opening out onto a wonderful terrace equipped with large table and chairs for outside dining. The terrace offers stunning views across the lagoon and golf course.
The second and third bedrooms can be made up to be twin bedrooms, or doubles, depending on your requirements.
Lounge has sofa/settee which can sleep 2 extra guests if required.
Kitchen comes fully equipped, as does the lounge.
Private roof terrace with inbuilt seating boasts the best panoramic views across the local area, and includes built in BBQ.
Further details outdoors: The excellent sea water swimming pool is backed by the sea fed laggon and is also suitable for swimming in. Garden areas around the downstairs terrace, and house provide a lovely coverage of colour to help relax and enjoy the excellent Egyptian weather.

Payments can be made securely via PayPal using debit/credit card, or via cheque directly to us.
£100 deposit required at the time of booking for your holiday, with balance to be received 4 weeks prior to departure. Last minute bookings (less than 4 weeks ahead) require full payment at time of booking.
A refundable breakages deposit of £100, paid with your final balance, will be returned within 10 days after a satisfactory inspection from our local agent.
