The house is set in a prime position in Golf West Y1, boasting exquisite views of the Red Sea Lagoons, PGA golf course and the expanse of desert behind El Gouna. 3 Double/Twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sun terraces and a uniquely large roof terrace all boasting panoramic views.
The house is fully equipped, including washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD player etc
Sitting directly on the lagoon beach, with a fantastic pool in easy access. El Gouna town can be accessed within minutes via Tuk Tuk, or local regular bus service, or personal boat.
Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Watersports and an excellent PGA Golf course are all within easy reach. Many other activities are available, including, Desert Quad Biking, Horse Riding on the beach, Tennis, or just relaxing in the sun!! Trips further afield can easily be arranged to Cairo or Luxor.

Master bedroom is a double bedroom, opening out onto a wonderful terrace equipped with large table and chairs for outside dining. The terrace offers stunning views across the lagoon and golf course.
The second and third bedrooms can be made up to be twin bedrooms, or doubles, depending on your requirements.
Lounge has sofa/settee which can sleep 2 small children if required in addition to the 6 adults in the main bedrooms.
Kitchen comes fully equipped, as does the lounge.
Private roof terrace with inbuilt seating boasts the best panoramic views across the local area, and includes built in BBQ.

The excellent sea water swimming pool is backed by the sea fed laggon and is also suitable for swimming in. Garden areas around the downstairs terrace, and house provide a lovely coverage of colour to help relax and enjoy the excellent Egyptian weather.

Payments via Bank Transfer either to our UK account, or for Egyptian customers, to our HSBC account in El Gouna.
£100 or LE1000 deposit required at the time of booking for your holiday, with balance to be received 4 weeks prior to departure. Last minute bookings (less than 4 weeks ahead) require full payment at time of booking.
A refundable breakages deposit of £100, paid with your final balance, will be returned within 7 days after a satisfactory inspection from our local agent. If any Utility (Electric/Water) charges are due, this will be deducted from this amount. All utilities are metered and figures provided for the start and end of your holiday to me.
Please note, minimum rental period during ANY Egyptian festival period is 1 week.

This is well equipped apartment. Everything you need to have a fab holiday and really important - the beds were very comfortable. The whole experience of El Gouna is fabulous, well organised with ext No's for every restaurant/shop/tok tok/taxi and all free to call. Beautiful pool and fabulous sun roof terrace. Would like to have had a welcome book with 'idiot instructions' in it - but that is because we were 3 excited women who didn't pay much attention to the extremely helpful 'Magic' staff; (due to excitement) hence did not read the very helpful magazine that is full of info!!! Will definately visit again. Numerous restaurants to choose from; everyone was kind, friendly and helpful, cannot enthuse enough about the Egyptian people - my advice is ignore the 'News' and get out there and see how safe, fascinating and beautiful it is. Many thanks Chris and Helen, great place. |
