Sitting directly on the lagoon beach, with a fantastic pool in easy access. El Gouna town can be accessed within minutes via Tuk Tuk, or local regular bus service, or personal boat.
Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Watersports and an excellent PGA Golf course are all within easy reach. Many other activities are available, including, Desert Quad Biking, Horse Riding on the beach, Tennis, or just relaxing in the sun!! Trips further afield can easily be arranged to Cairo or Luxor.

Master bedroom is a double bedroom, opening out onto a wonderful terrace equipped with large table and chairs for outside dining. The terrace offers stunning views across the lagoon and golf course.
The second and third bedrooms can be made up to be twin bedrooms, or doubles, depending on your requirements.
Lounge has sofa/settee which can sleep 2 small children if required in addition to the 6 adults in the main bedrooms.
Kitchen comes fully equipped, as does the lounge.
Private roof terrace with inbuilt seating boasts the best panoramic views across the local area, and includes built in BBQ.

The excellent sea water swimming pool is backed by the sea fed laggon and is also suitable for swimming in. Garden areas around the downstairs terrace, and house provide a lovely coverage of colour to help relax and enjoy the excellent Egyptian weather.
Payments via Bank Transfer either to our UK account, or for Egyptian customers, to our HSBC account in El Gouna.
£100 or LE1000 deposit required at the time of booking for your holiday, with balance to be received 4 weeks prior to departure. Last minute bookings (less than 4 weeks ahead) require full payment at time of booking.
A refundable breakages deposit of £100, paid with your final balance, will be returned within 7 days after a satisfactory inspection from our local agent. If any Utility (Electric/Water) charges are due, this will be deducted from this amount. All utilities are metered and figures provided for the start and end of your holiday to me.
Please note, minimum rental period during ANY Egyptian festival period is 1 week.
