This 2 Bedroom first floor apartment has a fantastic location on the waterfront. Dine or relax on the balcony looking the down the full length of the lagoon . Choose between swimming in the Red Sea or the pool , a matter of steps away from your apartment. Facilities are provided for your comfort (Linen ,Towels etc) Unlike many apartments, all costs are inclusive of Electricity , Water and Aircon.
Your apartment has been built in a traditional Egyptian style. The variety of cuisine on offer in El Gouna spans traditional Egyptian fare to Italian, Chinese, French, German, Moroccan , Mexican and Lebanese dishes. There's plenty to do in the evenings in the way of dining out in Kafr El Gouna (downtown or at the Marina overlooking yachts from around the world). Snorkeling trips are a must in the clear waters of the Red Sea.

The design of the apartment allows for complete privacy as each bedroom is located at each end of the main lounge area ,both with toilet facilities. Balconies area accessible from lounge and both bedrooms. Crockery and full dining items are provided. The sort after 1st floor apartment remains cooler than the top floor apartments & do not suffer the sand ingress as the ground floors suffer. The majority of time you to have the large pool entirely to yourself. Fly screens have been installed through-out the apartment. Air Conditioning has been installed to the lounge and Bedrooms. Newly installed breakfast bar with stools are now available. A large balcony with external glass top Wicker table and chairs plus 2 sun loungers are available for all exterior activities (overlooking large fresh water swimming pool).

You will land at Hurghada International Airport - El Gouna is just 22kilometers north of Hurghada which is approx 15- 20mins drive. Taxis are aplenty for thoughts who wish to organize their own transport.
Airlines that fly to Hughada are Excel Airways, British Airways, Egypt air & Thomsons . Airports include Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham and various others .
Car rental from the airport can be found at www.carrentals.co.uk or www.avis.co.uk Local transport around El Gouna is a pleasure & experience , from the tok toks which cost approx 50p , taxis approx £1.50p or weekly bus pass for £1.50p.

with the apartment, and could have sat for hours on the balcony watching the
world go by. It was great that we had the seclusion of the West Golf area
but could easily get to the livelier parts of the resort when we needed. The
