The Italian style villa designed by architect Alfreda Freda is in a prime location adjacent to a quiet safe beach with magnificent views over the turquoise open seawater lagoon to the desert and mountains beyond and out to the open sea. The accommodation comprises four double bedrooms of outstanding proportions each with large en-suite facilities. The Master bedroom also features a private lounge area and a walk in dressing room. A spacious lounge and a separate dining area with a feature domed ceiling both with beautiful Italian marble flooring throughout. The kitchen and utility flow off the dining area are fitted with a full range of equipment and utensils for your enjoyment. The internal decoration and furnishings are of the highest standard and need to be seen to be fully appreciated. Air conditioning and televisions are in all bedrooms and the main lounge, a land line telephone is available to make local free calls. This Tuscan style villa also boasts a very private courtyard, a mature garden complete with palms and pergolas supporting lovely bougonveilia. The garden comes with an outside BBQ area and a gazebo for alfresco dining and also has many sun loungers on which to relax and an outside shower to cool and rinse off. In total this spacious villa runs to 356 square metres.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region
Elgouna is the Red Sea's Premier resort. It is a complete year around holiday destination with somthing for everyone. The climate is a very pleasant 23 centigrade in the winter and reaches 35 centigrade in the Summer and has all year round sunshine with no rain, a refreshing sea breeze and very low humidity. Some ecellent excursions include: a desert safari at sunset, to Bedouin villlages and to star gaze; to visit Luxor and the Valley of the Kings and the Karnak temple, this area can also be seen by hot air baloon : Cairo to visit the Pyramids of Giza and King Tuts museum etc etc.
El Gouna / Hill Villas area
Local activities are numerous and range from energetic sports such as Kite surfing, wake boarding and water skiing to exploring the marine life and wonderful coral of the Red Sea by scuba diving or snorkelling. Swimming with the dolphins is a must. Golf at the USPGA course is a real test for all levels of players and a superb practise academy is also available to work on your game. Horse riding, clay court tennis, go-karting etc is also a short walk from the villa. 4x4 quad biking makes for a fun and exiting desert trip.
The villa is a short walk from Down town Elgouna with its many restaurants, shops, bars and entertainment in the main square. A Tok Tok taxi system operates in Gouna and the villa is a short ride to the main Marina again with more top class restaurants shops and bars. Although generally a quiet resort for the young at heart there are a few night clubs to dance the night away

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
The villa will cost €1500 to rent for one week or €2500 for two weeks in the high season and includes weekly laundry. During the low season the villa will cost €1000 for a week or €1800 for two weeks. The only exclusion is for electricity for air conditioning etc.where a small fee will be added depending on the number of people requiring the villa.
( High season runs from 20th December to 6th January; Easter 2 weeks; Summer June through September inclusive )

Hello Eileen, We had a fabulous time and your villa is delightful. The children loved it - and having TVs in their rooms was a real bonus especially when they wanted to escape from the heat. The Dive Tribe were great and Mike, Cal and Niamh all passed their diving exams - and loved days out on the boats.
We hope that we can return to El Gouna as soon as we can - my husband is very keen to try and do a week after xmas if work doesn't get in the way. Many thanks again for everything - I'm very envious of you for having such a great place to escape to! Best wishes serena
