Fully equipped, modern kitchen with lounge/dining area to accommodate six people. There are two bedrooms, one en suite. One contains a King sized bed and the other two singles which can be pushed together to make a further King sized bed. There is a further toilet/shower room.
The master bedroom and the lounge/dining area lead onto a terrace furnished with a table and four chairs for al fresco dining. It has a ceiling fan, lighting and plentiful electrical points. A path takes one from the terrace to the salt water pool, some 25metres distant. Steps on the far side of the pool lead down to the lagoon. Umbrellas and windbreaks line the lagoon beach. There are two sun loungers and two steamer chairs for clients use.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region
El Gouna is a purpose built high end destination boasting a wealth of facilities and activities. It is a cosmopolitan resort with residents of predominantly British, Italian, German, French and Dutch nationalities. The sun shines all year round, with temperatures ranging from approx. 20c in Jan up to 45c in the summer. In winter guests will find that a T Shirt and shorts will suffice for daytime wear, but it is advisable to wear a sweater or a light coat at night, particularly if eating al fresco.
The coastal plain upon which the resort is constructed is flat, with a high mountain range running parallel to the coast. Much of the coastline itself is fringed with coral reefs. The islands lying between El Gouna and Sharm are also coral fringed and offer a great day trip for divers and snorkelers. The winter sea temperatures are higher than the air temperatures, so do try some water sport. There are air and bus links to Cairo, Luxor and Alexandria, and a ferry is available from Hurghada for those who want to visit Sharm and Sinia. Those interested in antiquities may wish to visit the two oldest Christian monasteries in the world, which are in the desert toward Alexandria.
Excursions are available to all the above mentioned places, but you will find it cheap and easy to plan your own trip by bus, booking your own hotel in any of the major cities.Egyptians are friendly and helpful people, particularly those you will meet in El Gouna.
El Gouna area
Water sports include sailing and motor boating, water skiing, wind surfing, kite boarding, fishing, snorkeling, diving and trips on the lagoons that link all areas of the town to the sea. There is a superb marina served by many fine restaurants and other facilities. Street or beach parties are held three or four nights of the week in various location around downtown and the marina. Discos are held in the various hotels in the resort. There is a casino downtown for those who fancy their luck.
Land based activities included trips by four by fours into the desert and mountains. Quad biking is also available in the desert and mountains, together with visits to open air observatories where one can get stunningly clear sightings of various plants, the Milky Way and the Universe in general.
In El Gouna itself one can find, football, tennis, horse riding, camel riding, go carting and of course, Golf. A beautiful championship Golf course follows the contours of the coast line. If you are an established player, you will need to bring your card with you, otherwise tuition is available for beginners. The club boasts a superb health spa with beauty treatments,a gym, with one on one aerobic and other training.

Flights are from Gatwick, Stanssteadand Manchester.Air Berlin, Condor fly from Tegel and a variety of East European airlines fly from Czeckoslovakia and Poland. One week bus/water bus ticket costs £15 Egyptian per person for unlimited travel around El Gouna. A Tok Tok for two costs £10 Egyptian a trip and a cab £15 Egyptian.
Conditions
Refundable deposit of £25 against breakages returned to you after dilapidation inspection by our agent before you leave.
£50 deposit payable when the let is confirmed with the balance to be paid no later than four weeks before holiday.
