El Gouna is a beautiful and unique international resort on the Red Sea Riviera coast. The following write-up appeared in the November edition of the UK magazine 'Homes Overseas' - 'Impressive. The development currently stands on 19million sq. metres of land. El Gouna incorporates one well manicured 18-hole golf course with a pro-shop, cafe and fitness centre; one extremely clean and well-equipped hospital (with hyperbaric chamber); and one small airport. El Gouna homes are generally well designed and well positioned; never more than a stone's throw from the water. All properties are constructed to European standards. Within El Gouna all is calm with unobtrusive security - one would hardly be aware that the development was outside Europe. There are sports and leisure facilities galore. The weather is blissful.'

There are great views from the balcony of the surrounding area and lagoons.
The rooms open onto the balcony which overlooks the lagoon and the communal swimming pool. The balcony has sun loungers and facilities for outside dining
The master bedroom has a dressing room and en-suite.
Second double bedroom with wardrobes; the bathroom is adjacent
Kitchen is fully equipped with easy touch Ceramic Hob, Oven, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer. A washing machine is situated within its own laundry cupboard. If required a food package can be delivered to the apartment prior to arrival i.e basic groceries (bread, milk etc). Payment must be paid to driver/agent upon entering apartment.
Further details outdoors: Shops, bars and restaurants are a short walk away. There are no requirements for a car, if you wish you could use the inexpensive local transport as an alternative to walking. The complex itself has a gated 24hour security patrol, within this there is the 18 hole golf course, lagoons,swimming pool and apartments.
Other local attractions:
Dive centres, Go Karting, Quad Biking, 4x4 Safaris, Camel Rides, Horse Riding, Boating Trips, Swimming With Dolphins, Game fishing.
Transport to and from the international airport of Hurghada is included in the rental. The airport is 30 minutes away form the apartment. There are direct flights from various UK airports.
