Beautiful safe pool surrounded by a marble pool deck with Roman steps to a depth of 1.3m, marble table & seating. 6 cushioned sun beds & parasols. Steps from pool deck to the lagoon beach, fresh water shower & private jetty on the lagoon a fantastic holiday home. The villa also has its own courtyard to the rear. The total rental price includes Water, Electric, Air- Conditioning and cleaning upon departure. Inclusive Prices £450 for two people , 3 Persons £500 and 4 or more £550 Taxis or Mini Bus can be arrange to and from airport at an additional cost .
The prices for year 2014 will increase by £25 but there will be free internet.

Flight time is a reasonable 5 hours well worth it for the weather you will receive, sunshine everyday. Car rentals are available but unnecessary as the bus service is cheap and excellent (weekly unlimited ticket within town £1.50), tok-tok available at 50p per person and taxis available at £1.50 per taxi anywhere in town.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region
El Gouna (the lagoon) is a tourist resort, developed and owned by Orascom Hotels, dating from about 1990.
It is located on the Red Sea in the Red Sea Governorate of Egypt, 22 km north of Hurghada Airport
El Gouna specialises in water sports, including scuba diving, windsurfing, kite surfing, waterskiing, parasailing and snorkelling.
There are two main beaches, Zeytuna Beach located on its own island and Mangroovy Beach.
A network of canals allows many houses and villas to have their own strip of beach, even hundreds of metres inland. Most of these canals are crossed by small stone bridges.
There are two centralised areas in El Gouna, namely, Downtown, including Tamr Henna square and the Abu Tig Marina containing housing shops, bars and restaurants:
El Gouna has 18 hotels (some of which were designed by the American architect Michael Graves) with 2,895 rooms rated from one star to five stars. A six-star hotel is currently under development next to the Abu Tig marina extension.
El Gouna hosts a golf course designed by Gene Bates and Fred Couples. A second golf course real estate project, Ancient Sands Golf Resort, designed by acclaimed golf course architect Karl Litten, is due to open in 2012
A fully equipped hospital has been built that can handle many medical treatments including dentistry, plastic surgery, pediatrics, ophthalmology and general surgery. It also features an intensive care unit and a decompression chamber in case of diving accidents.
The town hosts the El Gouna International School, an environmental geographic information system and a small private airport for charter aircraft.
There are also three marinas: Abydos marina, the Abu Tig Marina and the Abu Tig Marina Extension, currently in its last phase of construction, which can receive super yachts.
The town also houses a small museum with some 90 exhibits (including statue replicas and an exhibition hall of contemporary Egyptian paintings by Hussein Bikar) which opened in 1996.
There is a community feel to the area coupled with a relaxed up market holiday mood. The area is completely safe and there is no reported crime.
Great care has been taken to limit any high rise apartments and the result is a pleasing pastel collage of low rise building designed with space in mind.
The weather in El Gouna is simply superb with a fairly constant breeze to keep you cool. It is a prime Christmas destination as the sun is very nearly guaranteed all year around
The El Gouna / West Golf area
El Gouna is at the centre of the Red Sea diving experience and is short sail to some of the best coral reef in the world.
If you do not have certification to dive it is a simple and enjoyable two day process with a choice of about five dive centres.
You can also snorkel for the day and if you are lucky swim with the dolphins.
Because of the constant light breeze the area is a magnet for kite boarders and it is quite a sight to watch the action.
The local Indian style taxis (Tok Tok) will take you anywhere in El Gouna for the princely sum of £0.50 per person.
The villa is a two or three minute taxi ride to Downtown or a fifteen, twenty minute walk. Abu Tig is a five or six minute taxi ride away.
There is much to do in El Gouna from scuba diving, snorkelling, wake boarding, horse riding, golf, quad biking, go-karting, paint balling, Segways, open air cinema and much more.
Alternatively, there is the option to simply chill and relax

Have been to El Gouna many times and stayed in many villas but this one being the nicest by far. The view from the pool is breathtaking. The villa was clean, comfortable and felt very homely with everything you needed.. Would for sure stay here again.
