A 3 bedroom house at the entrance of the village, with execellent panoramic views of the surrounding hillsides, from it's two terraces, which offer a super place to soak up the sun, cool off in the small jacuzzi spa, ( Summer months at an additional cost if required at othe times of the year ) entertain at the BBQ and finally. spend the evening star gazing, as the village has very little light pollution.

The village offers a safe retreat for the whole family, as there is no though traffic.

The house has two bathrooms, three bedrooms,( 1 double, one twin and a single which can have an additional single added for children ) with room for two extra beds in the upper lounge should you require additional beds. There is a small charge for all extra beds provided.

The kitchen and dinning area leads directly to the large lower terrace and BBQ area

The house has wooden beamed ceilings throughout it two floors.

The ground floor has a bright and spacious open plan well equipped kitchen, dinner and lounge. Wood burner for the winter and fans for the summer.

An array of games, books, DVD's for all ages. Ipod/ CD docking station.

Family bathroom on the ground floor

Stairs from the entrance hall lead up to the 1st floor with second lounge 'Wood burner for the winter and fans for the summer . TV and DVD player, books, games etc Two extra single beds can be accommodated within this room

Main bedroom with en suite shower room The upper terrace leads off this lounge.

The bedrooms have electric radiators, and the lounges have gas fires and well and the wood burners

Cortijo Paco, is the first house you meet as you drive into the village with a huge terrace looking down over the valley. Offering a great place to entertain, with brick built BBQ, tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasols to make your stay comfortable, together with a small jacuzzi spa.( summer months only , additional cost if requied at other times of the year) The second upper terrace has tables, chairs and parasol

There is the use of a shared pool belonging to a neighbour which is payable on arrival, at a nominal fee. Summer months only at the discretion of the owner This fee is not included in the cost of the house

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nicky (the owner) a message.

If Nicky (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
