Faro Vista11 is situated directly on the beach and only a short walk to the small fishing village of El Cotillo where you will find numerous restaurants, many overlooking the sea and serving locally caught fresh fish. Only a 20 minute drive from Corralejo where you will find major shops, a water park and nightclubs.
The apartment has one double bedroom with a quality king size bed and a luxury bathroom.
The property has a secluded walk on terrace in excess of 50 sq m looking over the beach and sea together with the 250 sq m pool and jacuzzi.

The Fuerteventura region
El Cotillo is set in the North West of the island of Fuerteventura. Once a sleepy fishing village, it is now moving into the 21st century and with it a certain amount of new developments, however once you are in this apartment or on the terrace the only view is the sea and the white sandy beaches.
There are 2 supermarkets, 2 banks and a parafarmacia. There are various other smaller stores and services in the village. Restaurants are in abundance with most having spectacular views over the beach and harbour. The village maintains its Canarian feel and is an ideal location for a truly relaxing holiday. Surfing, cycling and walking are all very popular activities in this area of the island, and equipment can be hired locally.
El Cotillo area
Corralejo is the closest large tourist area with its many shops, restaurants, bars and night life. The Baku Park has a water park, climbing wall, adventure playground, bowling alley and a twice weekly market. From the harbour you can take a day trip to Lanzarote or the island of Lobos where you can climb a volcano.
There is a championship golf course in Caleta de Fuste which hosted the 2004 Spanish Open.
El Cotillo Fiesta is the last two weeks in August when the village can get busy.
The sand dunes which are part of the National Park are on the outskirts of Corralejo and are a must.
How to get there
Direct flights from most major airports taking approximately 3 hours 45 minutes. Cheap flights are available with Ryanair from Dublin and Liverpool also with easyjet via Madrid.
Cheap car hire is available from the airport at around 140 euros per week. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for 40 euros each way.

Further details outdoors: The large swimming pool which is approximately 250 sq m is salt water and ideal for children as it is not too deep. There is an integral jacuzzi and adjacent toilets. Surrounding the pool is a large sun bathing area with supplied sun loungers and attractive gardens with gates leading directly onto the beach. For the very young there is a separate shallow pool.
On the terrace there is a teak table with three chairs, two sun loungers and some plants.

The owners of the apartment are semi retired and live in the development and are on hand to answer any queries and give any information required.
We supply a complimentary welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, water, milk and light refreshments.
Bikes and golf clubs are available for rental.
Conditions
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
A deposit of 100 pounds is required to reserve the apartment.
Arrival time is from 2pm with departures by 10am however normally we can be flexible with times and safe storage for suitcases etc. can be arranged.
