Faro Vista is situated directly on the beach and only a short walk to the small fishing village of El Cotillo where you will find numerous restaurants, many overlooking the sea and serving locally caught fresh fish. Only a 20 minute drive from Corralejo where you will find major shops, a water park and nightclubs.
The apartment has one double with en-suite and one twin bedroom together with a luxury bathroom making it ideal for families and couples alike.
The property has a spacious and private terrace which is in excess of 100 sq m and looks over the beach and sea together with the 300 sq m pool and jacuzzi.

The Fuerteventura region
El Cotillo is set in the North West of the island of Fuerteventura. Once a sleepy fishing village, it is now moving into the 21st century. There are 2 supermarkets, 2 banks and a parafarmacia. There are various other smaller stores and services in the village. Restaurants are in abundance with most having spectacular views over the beach and harbour. The village maintains its local Canarian feel and is an ideal location for a truly relaxing holiday. Surfing, cycling and walking are all very popular activities in this area of the island, and equipment can be hired locally.
El Cotillo area
Corralejo is the closest large tourist area with its many shops, restaurants, bars and night life. The Baku Park has a water park, climbing wall, adventure playground , bowling alley and a twice weekly market. From the harbour you can take a day trip to Lanzarote or to the Island of Lobos where you can climb a volcano.
There is a championship golf course in Caleta de Fuste which hosted the 2004 Spanish Open.
El Cotillo Fiesta is the last two weeks in August when the village can get busy.
The sand dunes which are on the outskirts of Corralejo are a must.
How to get there
Direct flights of around 3 hours 45 minutes from most major airports. Transfers can be arranged for 35 euros each way.
Cheap car hire is available from the airport at around 140 Euros per week. We suggest you use Cicar.
Cheap flights with Ryanair from Dublin and from Liverpool starting in October.

Further details outdoors: The large swimming pool which is approximately 300 sq m is salt water and ideal for children as it is not too deep. There is an integral jacuzzi and adjacent toilets. Surrounding the pool is a large sun bathing area with supplied sun loungers and attractive gardens with gates leading directly onto the beach. For the very young there is a separate shallow pool.
On the terrace there is a table and four chairs together with two sun loungers.

The owners of this apartment live adjacent and are on hand to answer any queries and give any information required.
We supply a welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, water and light refreshments.

Conditions
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
A deposit of 100 euros is required to reserve the apartment.
Arrival time is from 2pm with departures by 10am however normally we can be flexible with times and safe storage for suitcases etc can be arranged if necessary.
