Spacious open plan lounge with double sliding doors lead directly onto the large private terrace which has unmatched views of the lagoons and beaches. The modern kitchen is fully fitted including 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, iron & board and everything else you need to feel at home. The open plan kitchen has a grey polished granite work surfaces, breakfast bar with chairs and a large drying room off the kitchen. The bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and 2 bedside tables has fantastic ocean views, and its en-suite fully tiled bathroom with large walk-in shower, wc, bidet and sink in a vanity unit.

The large swimming pool which is approximately 250 sq m is ideal for children as it is not too deep. There is an integral jacuzzi and adjacent toilets. Surrounding the pool is a large sun bathing area with supplied sun loungers and attractive gardens with gates leading directly onto the beach. For the very young there is a separate shallow pool. Thanks to the spectacular sea views and its location on the white beach of El Cotillo the Marfolin apartments are a privileged spot to relax and enjoy your holiday

The Fuerteventura region
Fuerteventura who languidly stretches out over 1.659 km², is the second largest island after Tenerife in the Canaries. Edged by the finest virgin beaches in Europe with an amazing turquoise ocean, beautiful unadorned landscapes, dry, rocky and washed with ochre and orange tones. Fuerteventura's all round year warm temperatures are maintained throughout the year by the trade winds and the closeness of the North African coastline. Over 11 months a year of sunshine make Fuerteventura the ideal location for a home in the sun.
The El Cotillo area
El Cotillo is set in the North West of the island of Fuerteventura. Once a sleepy fishing village, it is now moving into the 21st century and with it a certain amount of new developments, however once you are in this apartment or on the terrace the only view is the sea and the white sandy beaches.
There are 2 supermarkets, 1 bank and various other smaller stores and services in the village. Restaurants are in abundance with most having spectacular views over the beach and harbour. The village maintains its Canarian feel and is an ideal holiday location for surfing, cycling and walking are all very popular activities in this area of the island, and equipment can be hired locally.

Fantastic apartment with fab views - I spent lots of time just watching the tide go in and out of the lagoons. The apt was really well equipped with everything provided even dishwash and washing tabs. Very clean and comfortable with a lovely powerful shower. The pool area was spotless and gardens well maintained. Our favourite restaurants were the El Concho beach cafe - great fresh fish at good price and the Italian restaurant on the front behind the apartment - great live music and huge cocktails! |
