Faro Vista 1 & 2 are ideally situated on the beach and only a few minutes walk to the small fishing village of El Cotillo where you will find numerous restaurants, many overlooking the sea and harbours, and serving locally caught fresh fish.

Both properties are on 2 levels - a duplex.
Upstairs Faro Vista 1 has a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, one twin bedroom and a very large family bathroom. Downstairs the spacious open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge space with 2 comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed which can sleep 1 additional adult or 2 children. There is also a full shower room and toilet on the ground floor.
Although not adapted for wheel chairs, the fact that this apartment is accessed at ground level and that on this level there is a double sofa bed and full shower and toilet facilities, it makes it ideal for people with restricted mobility.
Faro Vista 2 also has a double and twin bedroom on the first floor with a separate family bathroom. Downstairs is the large fully equipped kitchen and open plan living and dining area. The sofa can convert to a sofa bed which sleeps an additional adult or child.

Both units have a ground floor patio terrace looking over the lagoon beaches with dining table and chairs for 4 / 6 people. The terraces lead directly on to the pool and sunbathing areas.

Wireless broadband accessible. A Free Sat TV system is available and provides many channels in English, German, Italian, French. Note: These facilities are provided by the Community of the building and as such we cannot personally guarantee service at all times. TV channels are free to view only - please do not expect full Sky or UK Terrestrial TV.

English speaking managing agents live in the village and will meet you on arrival and provide a comprehensive and personal service to help make your stay an enjoyable and carefree experience.

For Sunday and late arrivals a shopping service can be requested.

The apartment is strictly non smoking except on the terrace.

A non refundable deposit is required to reserve the apartment.

Arrival time is normally from 3pm, with departures by 10am. However if we can be flexible with times we will do so.

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura is the second largest of the Canary Islands, but is very much less developed than the other large islands. The island is famous for its stunning white sand beaches and very popular with water sport enthusiasts.
The climate is subtropical (temperatures usually range from 18-28C) and has very little rainfall. Its closest neighbour is the coast of West Africa. The sun shines approximately 8 hours a day almost every day of the year and so provides an ideal destination at any time of the year.
As well as the water activities there are lots of other attractions and activities available: walking, hiking, cycling, horse riding, quad biking, fishing, birdwatching. There is a nearby water park, a zoo, museums, golfing and much more.
Certain parts of the island, including El Cotillo, are also very popular with naturists.

The El Cotillo / La Oliva area

El Cotillo is set in the North West of the island of Fuerteventura. Once a sleepy fishing village, it is now moving into the 21st century and with it a certain amount of new developments. However once you are in this apartment or on the patio, the only view is of the ocean and the stunning white sandy beaches.

There is a main supermarket and 2 smaller local stores, 2 banks with cash machines, and a great French Patisserie and bakery. There are various other smaller stores and services in the village. Restaurants are plentiful and most have excellent views over the beach or harbours. The village maintains its Canarian feel and is an ideal location for a truly relaxing stay. Surfing,cycling and walking are all very popular in this region, and equipment can be hired locally.

Direct flights from most major European airports. Flight time 4/5 hours. Most charter airlines fly here, and scheduled flights from UK via Madrid. Budget airlines Ryanair and EasyJet now fly from most parts of the UK and Ireland and Aer Lingus from Dublin.

Cheap car hire is available from the airport and bookable on line from as little as 140 euros per week - check the airport website for the most reliable companies.

There are Ferry ports in Correlejo and Puerto del Rosario.
