Beautiful independent canarian villa with private garden and pool. 3 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, full equipped kitchen and living room.Big terraces with beautifuls overviews, in a peacefull place. From 5 min to the beaches of Corralejo and Cotilo. The house is neared building in may 05.

The Fuerteventura region

Bests beaches in Europe are in Fuerteventura.
The climate is sweet in winter 25 degress and a quite hot in summer 30,31 degrees. You could swim all the year. If you like windsurfing, kite,surfing , diving there are beautifuls beaches with the best conditions to do it. Also typicaly cararian food is very good. Is's a volcanic island and the land is beautiful, sunrises are amasing.

The El Cotillo / Lajares area

In Lajares, 200 metres from the house, you can find a sweet bakery, restaurants, supermarket, phamarcy, chillout bar and furniture shops very nice. During the summer there some festivals of Jazz. and concerts.

Direct flights from all Europeans Countries fly to Fuerteventura. Rent a car at the airport and drive direction to Corralejo and afther to Lajares, in 30' min you will be in a beautiful villa with pool.
