Faro Vista 16 is ideally situated on the beach and only a short stroll to the small fishing village of El Cotillo where you will find numerous restaurants, many overlooking the sea and harbours, and serving locally caught fresh fish.
All rooms have sea views. The bedroom has a double bed and a walk in open closet and dressing area. There is a large fully tiled en suite bathroom. The spacious open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with 2 comfortable sofas.
The property has a private terrace looking over the stunning lagoon beaches and below to the large pool and sunbathing area. It is furnished with 2 sun loungers and a beautiful wrought iron & mosaic tile top dining table and chairs.

This property is ideally suited for 1 or 2 people. An additional child under 2 years can be accommodated. The bathroom is en suite and only accessed via the bedroom.

The large swimming pool which is approximately 250 sqm (not heated) is ideal for children as it is not too deep. There is an integral jacuzzi and adjacent toilets. Surrounding the pool is a large sunbathing area with supplied sun loungers and attractive gardens with gates leading directly onto the beach. For very young children there is a separate shallow pool.
On the apartment's terrace there is dining table and chairs and 2 sun loungers and sun umbrella.
English speaking managing agents live in the village and will meet you on arrival and provide a comprehensive and personal service to help make your stay an enjoyable and carefree experience.
Complimentary Welcome/Starter Pack on arrival includes water, milk, tea & coffee, soft drinks, beer and wine, toilet and kitchen paper, dishwasher & washing machine tablets.
For Sunday and late arrivals a shopping service can be requested.
Evening baby sitting service available.
Weekly housekeeping service included for stays of 10 nights or more. More regular services can be arranged.
The apartment is strictly non smoking except on the terrace.
A non refundable deposit is required to reserve the apartment.
Arrival time is normally from 3pm, with departures by 10am. However if we can be flexible with times we will do so.
The Fuerteventura region
Fuerteventura is the second largest of the Canary Islands, but is very much less developed than the other large islands. The island is famous for its stunning white sand beaches and very popular with water sport enthusiasts.
The climate is subtropical (temperatures usually range from 18-28C) and has very little rainfall. Its closest neighbour is the coast of West Africa. The sun shines approximately 8 hours a day almost every day of the year and so provides an ideal destination at any time of the year.
As well as the water activities there are lots of other attractions and activities available: walking, hiking, cycling, horse riding, quad biking, fishing, birdwatching. There is a nearby water park, a zoo, museums, golfing and much more.
Certain parts of the island, including El Cotillo, are also very popular with naturists.
The El Cotillo area
El Cotillo is set in the North West of the island of Fuerteventura. Once a sleepy fishing village, it is now moving into the 21st century and with it a certain amount of new developments. However once you are in this apartment or on your own private terrace the only view is of the ocean and the stunning white sandy beaches.
There is a main supermarket and 2 smaller local stores, 2 banks with cash machines, and a great French Patisserie and bakery. There are various other smaller stores and services in the village. Restaurants are plentiful and most have excellent views over the beach or harbours. The village maintains its Canarian feel and is an ideal location for a truly relaxing stay. Surfing,cycling and walking are all very popular in this region, and equipment can be hired locally.

Direct flights from most major European airports. Flight time 3.5-4 hours. Charter airlines Monarch, Thomson and Thomas Cook fly here, and scheduled flights from UK can link via Madrid. Budget airlines Ryanair and EasyJet now fly from many UK airports, and Aer Lingus from Dublin.
Cheap car hire is available from the airport and bookable on line from as little as 140 euros per week - check the airport website for the most reliable companies. Car hire is not essential unless you wish to explore the island.
There are Ferry ports in Correlejo and Puerto del Rosario.
