The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The safe shallow warm waters of the Mar Menor and its long beach are 3 mins walk away. The area is a golfers paradise with La Serena 5 mis drive, Roda, La Torre, Mar Menor golf only 15minc drive and La Manga, Mosa Trajectum, Hacienda del Alamo 20mins drive away.
El Carmoli Mar Menor area
El Carmoli is a quiet holiday resort area with a small number of permanent residents, it is not very commercialised. This coupled with the most spectacular views is what attracted me to this area in the first place, its real Spain.with lovely country side, mountains and farmlands ,. Just 10 miutes drive from the beautiful town of los Alcazares with its famous fish restaurants , water sports, good shopping and many festivals.
Also 15 minutes drive away iis the well known La Manga Club with golf courses, sport training facilities and tennis club etc, 5 star hotel, well worth a visit. The ancient maritime city of Cartgena is again only 15 minutes drive away. Cartageba has great shoppingwith all the high street named stores plus El Corte Ingles, a marina with lots of restaurants .

Flt to Murcia Airport- El Carmoli is only 15 minutes away. -Ryanair fly from Stanstead, Dublin, Shannon etc. (www.ryanair.com) -Easyjet fly from Gatwick. (www.easyjet.com).Flybe (www.flybe.com)from Eastleigh and Birmingham. Aerlingus (www.aerlingus.com)from Dublin, Cork. To Alicante airport (45 minutes) -Cheapest car hire is from carjet.com.There are also taxis available day and night at the airport.

You can enjoy a BBQ around the pool or the main balcony while taking in the night time views of the MarMenor and La Manga.There are 2 entrance gates , the video entry small one, and the double gates entry for parking. The very large solarium has sun loungers and a hammock for taking in the beautiful rays.
