Mansion Kados Casa Rurale El Campello comprises of a 4 Bedroom Detached Villa with a large kidney shaped swimming pool and a further very large conversion that features a 5 twin bedrooms (or 5 kingsize), a huge lounge diner with UK TV, a full catering kitchen that a head chef would be proud of, a working bar and enough outside seating for over 40 people. We can sleep 16 adults comfortably in beds and we have 4 inflatble beds suitable for children aged upto 12 and 2 cots for infants.
Also there is large roof terrace that has a wonderful pagola with views to die for and many sun loungers. The Property is suitable for Weddings on the Costa Blanca, Corporate events and large groups or multiple families holidaying together. The beautiful beaches and bustling resort of El Campello are a 15 Minute drive away and Benidorm is only a 20-25 minute drive.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
He Costa Blanca and Costa Calida are situated on Spain's south east coast, belonging to Alicante province. We have two airports. Alicante is the largest and handles flights from all over Europe and the UK. You can visit us in just over 2 hours. The city and airport of Alicante are situated about 45 minutes drive north of our offices at Playa Golf near Villa-Martin and one of the largest towns along the Costa Blanca Coast.
The area has welcomed visitors now for many years of which many have decided to make the area their home. From Guadamar 15 km south of Alicante with its superb beaches and night market .The town is very Spanish in feel and the side streets hide some excellent value restaurants catering for every budget.
Its Castle ruins and watchtower are also worth a visit. The next major stop on the coast is the cosmopolitan and Spanish holiday resort of Torrevieja the small fishing village, which in the last 25-30 years has grown to a large vibrant town, it is now visited and lived in by people from all 4 corners of Europe.
El Campello area
El Campello has beaches stretching for miles and miles. There is a long seafront promenade from the International Marina that had shops, bars and restaurants all the way along it. There are also secluded beaches along this coastline. Benidorm is a 25 minute drive at the most and Alicante is a 15 minute drive.
How to get there
You fly into Alicante (ALC). The villa is 30 minutes drive from Alicante.

Further details indoors: Features a large lounge with LCD TV with UK package, a large dining room with wifi access and a desk. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The bedrooms, there are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, the master bedroom has an en suite and sun terrace large enough for a table and chairs and two sun loungers. The Main House is full of character and the collection of original art works have been hand chosen by the Anglo - Spanish owners.
Outside the house there is a furnished terrace, private swimming pool and a gazebo with table and chairs. There are six sun loungers around the pool, and the surrounding gardens have seating by the way of tables and chairs in quieter areas. There is enough parking spaces for 4 cars and also for weddings we have a Rolls Royce and a Vintage Mercedes for hire.
The Conversion
A working bar with tables and chairs and outside seating in the courtyard, a working well and new for 2010 a large Jacuzzi and children's playground. The accommodation, large lounge/diner with UK TV, his and her toilets, shower and full catering kitchen. There are also 5 en suite bedrooms with twin beds or (king-size pushed together) all with there own private entrance and Radiators for the winter months. All of the bedrooms have a TV as standard and have a Spanish Package with some International channels.

Prices are per week, not per person
1.Booking made within 8 weeks of arrival require full payment using bank transfer into our UK account, however should you need to move funds about a small non refundable deposit is available to secure your booking. Booking out of 8 weeks require a non refundable deposit of 20%.
2. We require a refundable breakage deposit of £500 paid with the balance, this will be refunded into your UK bank account as soon as we have checked the property.
3. A cleaning fee is payable of €15pp, this is payable in cash on arrival.
4. We allow arrivals any day of the week, entry time into the villa is flexible depending on when the previous guest have left. Late checkouts are available subject to new guests arriving etc, please contact.
5. Booking are taken on a first come first serve basis.

9. Golf, boat trips and local sightseeing can be arranged.
10. We do allow smokers, but please use only outside areas for this.
