Modernly furnished inc 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms/shower rooms (2 en-suite), fully fitted kitchen inc all appliances, lounge/diner with TV/DVD/Hi-Fi, large conservatory, gas BBQ ideal for al fresco dining on those hot summer nights. The 4th bedroom is located in the lower part of the villa, separate to the main part of the villa, and contains and double sofa-bed and has en-suite shower/wc.

Conditions
Booking/Rental Terms & Conditions:
Provisional bookings can be confirmed by either telephone or email. Dates will be held for a period of 7 days until such time as the deposit is paid. If deposit/payment is not received then the dates will be re-advertised as available.
All correspondence will be sent to the person arranging the rental. Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to stay in the accommodation. Any person found in the home that is not on the booking form will be evicted from the premises by our Caretakers.
A security deposit of £100 per booking is required with the final balance. The security deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure and/or after we have received confirmation from the Caretakers that our villa has been left in a more than satisfactory condition and the keys have been returned.
The booking is not accepted until confirmed by ourselves and all deposits/monies paid. The balance, including a refundable £100 security deposit must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to the rental date. Payment to be made by personal cheque, cashiers cheque, paypal or direct bank transfer.
Rental of the villa commences at 4pm local time on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am local time on the day of departure.
The villa including all kitchen appliances and barbecue should be cleaned when finished with.
Although smokers are welcome, in the interest of courtesy to non-smokers it is requested that smoking only take place in the conservatory area or outside using ashtrays available.
In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control could cause the cancellation of any booking, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time and shall only be liable to refund the monies already paid to us by the guest(s).
We do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage of personal effects while staying in or about our property. Guests must make suitable holiday/medical insurance arrangements personally.
In the event that you cancel your booking, for whatever reason the following cancellation charges will apply:-
In excess of 6 weeks prior to the rental date: The Deposit
Less than 6 weeks prior to the rental date: The full rental costs
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is a beautiful region on the east coast of Spain boasting more than 315 sunshine days a year and an average temperature of 18-19C.
There are many attractions around the Costa Blanca, like the entertainment park Terra Mitica at Benidorm, Alicante Castle or the bays of Altea and Calpe. For those who love golf then there's plenty of courses to choose from throughout the Costa Blanca region, with Bonalba Golf Club being the nearest, just north of Alicante. Bonalba boasts stunning views over an 18 hole course and a par of 72.
There are plenty of smaller towns and villages like Villajoyosa just south of Benidorm, famous for its old town and its chocolate factory.
The El Campello / Venta Lanuza area
Venta Lanuza is situated near the delightful town of El Campello, on the Costa Blanca coast of Alicante. Campello is a tradtional style Spanish village with all the facilities you would need on hand. This resort is perfect for both couples and families alike. Lying between Alicante City and the busy resort of Benidorm it has a history and a charm all of its own. Within El Campello is a lovely fishing harbour and a wide selection of friendly restaurants and bars.
Venta Lanuza itself is a quiet and traditional village where a relaxing holiday is perfect, there is 1 friendly English restaurant/bar plus a small traditional Spanish bar and shop, plus 2 beautiful beaches. The railway station of Venta Lanuza is within walking distance from the villa leading to the hustle and bustle of Alicante City and Benidorm as well as many beautiful resorts along the way.

All budget airlines fly to Alicante which is approx 40km away. A taxi should cost around 40-50 euros or there are hire cars available from the airport. Airport pickup is available from a local source at an additional cost to the party. Details can be given upon booking.
Rail access direct from Alicante Airport is planned in the future, although there is still access from Alicante centre through to Venta Lanuza.

Our party comprised of myself (67) & my wife (68), 2 daughters, son in law & 2 grandchildren, we had a great time at the villa. Bev & Terry our meet & greet agents made us feel at home from the moment we met them. The villa is in a quiet residential area, with beautiful views, the location is ideal with a 5 to 10 min walk to the tram station which gives access to El Campello, Villajoyosa, & Benidorm, we did not hire a car so we relied entirely on the tram for transport, supplemented with Mike's local taxi. We tended to stay in on a night for meals & enjoy our meals by the pool enjoying the views. Mercadona the main supermarket does free deliveries to the area, so we took full advantage of this to stock up with all of our supplies. We used a small supermarket in Coveta Fuma , which was easy to get to on the tram, for odd things as it is also open on a Sunday. Coveta Fuma also has some really good restaurants which we have used when we previously stayed in the area, however the best we found this time was the El Guitarre on the front at Villajoyosa. ( British owned with a good Spanish menu ) The area is quite hilly in parts, my wife who is slightly disabled found it tough going in the heat of the day, but we just took it easy & managed in the end. Again many thanks to Tina, Bev, Terry, Warren ( the pool guy ) for all their help in making our stay memorable. ` Response: Many thanks for your comments and our very first review on Trip Advisor.
