FLIGHTS Getting to Alicante is one of the easiest journeys to Europe from the UK and Ireland. There are regular flights from all main UK and Ireland airports with Easyjet, Ryanair, Aer Lingus, Jet 2 and several other airlines. CAR HIRE There are numerous large car hire firms including Europcar, GoldCar and Hertz all available to book for pick up at the airport including a smaller local car hire firm who are very reliable. Further details indoors: The villa is fully furnished and is a very spacious and luxurious private property situated overlooking the ninth green of the golf course and only 200 yards from the 4 star Hotel del Alba and the Bonalba Golf Clubhouse. Built over two floors there are:

Large living room with LCD TV, DVD player, satellite TV system and dining area for 6-10 people and separate family room/office with sofa bed.
Separate kitchen with American fridge/freezer and large independent drinks cooler, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a drinking water purification system installed.
Air conditioning and central heating are installed throughout.
There is a large private pool and spa/hot tub in the extensive grounds with outside shower and sunbathing area complete with loungers. Beach towels are included. Pool heating in the cooler months is available for an additional charge.
For dining ‘al fresco’ there is a large covered terrace with comfortable seating for 8-10 people. Complete with large stainless steel gas BBQ.
The accommodation is self-catering.

Prices are in UK sterling and are inclusive of utilities (gas, electric and water). Please note, however, that water and electricity usage may be monitored to avoid unnecessary waste or abuse. One set of bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided for 9 people - further laundry changes can be purchased on site. Fees may be paid in pounds sterling or euros subject to the exchange rates at time of payment.
Rental Period
Rentals are for 7 or 14 nights. Long weekends can also be arranged Thu-Mon (4 nights) with prior notice for 750€.
Booking Deposit
An 10% initial deposit is required within 14 days of booking followed by a further 20% six weeks later. This is a non-refundable deposit. The final balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. If the balance is not paid in full 8 weeks prior to your holiday you may lose your booking. Cancellations will result in the loss of the booking deposit.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of £300/400€ is required on arrival and will be returned on departure when the property has been checked.
