Home description

The villa is situated on a large plot within the luxury resort of Bonalba Golf and Spa 10 minutes north of Alicante. The area is traditionally high end Spanish with all the amenities and facilties demanded by the more discerning holidaymaker.

Bonalba Golf course is located close to the Mediterranean being only 2 km away from the Playa de San Juan, the longest beach in Europe. This makes Bonalba an exceptional setting to play golf all year round. On site facilities include a 4 star hotel, the clubhouse and several bars, cafes and restaurants. The Spa Bonalba offers you a place for relaxation, pampering and a sense of wellbeing.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca or White Coast, has an average of 320 days a year of sunshine and maintains an average year round temperature of 24°C. According to the World Health Organisation the area has the "healthiest climate in the world". The beaches are famous throughout Europe with long stretches of soft white sand and sparkling clear Mediterranean sea. Each boasts the European Blue Flag awarded for clean beaches and totally unpolluted water.


El Campello area

A local guide and information booklet will be provided on arrival detailing dozens of activities and places to explore.

Most of the towns hold large traditional daily street markets and spectacular festivals and processions take place all year round but there are also all the modern amenities such as newly constructed hospitals, shopping outlets and sports centres, etc.


How to get there

FLIGHTS
Getting to Alicante is one of the easiest journeys to Europe from the UK and Ireland. There are regular flights from all main UK and Ireland airports with Easyjet, Ryanair, Aer Lingus, Jet 2 and several other airlines.
CAR HIRE
There are numerous large car hire firms including Europcar, GoldCar and Hertz all available to book for pick up at the airport including a smaller local car hire firm who are very reliable. Call for further details on this.

There is a large living room with LCD TV, DVD Player and dining area for 6-10 people plus separate family room/office equipped with a double sofa bed.
Separate kitchen with American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and large independent drinks cooler. There is also a drinking water purification system and a water softener system installed throughout the house.

Air conditioning and central heating are installed throughout.
There is a large private pool (surrounded by child safety railing) in the extensive grounds with outside shower and sunbathing area complete with loungers.
For dining ‘al fresco’ there is a spacious covered terrace with comfortable seating for 8-10 people. The accommodation is self-catering.
Welcome Pack Provided: tea, coffee, milk, bacon, bread and eggs.
On arrival you will be given a tour of the villa and a guide to all the local amenities and facilities. There is a 24 hour emergency call out service for any problems which may arise.

Prices are in UK sterling and are inclusive of utilities (gas, electric and water), bed linen and towels (not beach towels). Please note, however, that water and electricity usage may be monitored to avoid unnecessary waste or abuse. Fees may be paid in pounds sterling or euros subject to the exchange rates at time of payment.

Rental Period

Rentals are for 7 or 14 nights. Golfing weekends can also be arranged Fri-Mon with prior notice.

Booking Deposit

A 25% non-refundable deposit must be received within 10 working days of booking, with the final balance paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. If the balance is not paid in full 8 weeks prior to your holiday you may lose your booking. Cancellations will result in the loss of the booking deposit.

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of £300 is required on arrival and will be returned on or straight after departure when the property has been checked.
