About the home

A wonderful, bright, airy and spacious 2nd line detached property situated in a quiet area of Coveta Fuma but only five minutes drive from the local village of Coveta which has a supermarket, several bars/ restaurants, post office, taxi and car hire and facilities to book for local attractions and shows in the area. Coveta can also be reached by tram from the Villa, the tram station being about 10 minutes walk from the Villa.

The town of El Campello is ten minutes drive from the Villa. Only 2 minutes walk from the Villa is the beach.

25% of rental fee due as a deposit at time of booking.
75% balance due within 4weeks of arrival
Refundable breakages deposit of £/EUROS 500 required within one week of arrival. This deposit will be refunded back within one week of departure from the Villa providing no damage or breakages have occurred.
Well behaved dogs allowed
Strictly no smoking except on the terraces.
Full WIFI internet access included in the rental fee.
Additional midweek cleaning and linen change can be arranged if required as an option.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The city of Alicante with its variety of interesting shops, large marina and multitude of restaurants from the local spanish tapas cuisine to international cuisine is well worth a visit. Alicante city itself has stunning beaches, old plazas, parks and a great nightlife to tourists.
The Castle of Santa Barbara is one of the biggest medieval fortresses of Spain and is located in the centre of Alicante. In addition there are a number of early century churches, a cathedral, theme parks and many other attractions for tourists.

The El Campello / Coveta Fuma area

Coveta Fuma being five minutes drive from the Villa has a well stocked supermarket, good restaurants and bars and a sandy beach. El Campello , ten minutes drive from the Villa has long sandy beaches, a marina, bars and numerous restaurants offering different cuisines.
In addition there is a fish market which offers fresh local caught fish down near the marina several times a week. This is held at 18.00. Also there is an outdoor market held every Wednesday where one can buy anything from food to clothes & household wares.
The town of Benidorm , and Terra Mittica , one of the largest theme parks in Europe together with Aqualandia, a water theme park offers great entertainment for both adults and children. These are all about 30 minutes drive from the Villa or alternately can be reached by tram which runs all along the coast and a tram station is within 10 minutes walk from the Villa.

“Wonderful holiday near Alicante” My wife and I spent a week in this beautiful villa near Alicante. It is truely a home away from home but with the added bonus of the swimming pool which was great fun. The villa is located in an area from which you can walk to local beaches in about 10 minutes and there is a supermarket again about 10 minutes away. We hired a car and drove into Alicante and El Campello however there is a tram / train station a short walk away where you can jump on a train to Alicante or Denia in the opposite direction. The villa is on a quiet road and is accessed through an automatic electric gate with enough parking space inside the ground for several cars. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and the ground floor terrace is large, great for sitting in the shade on a very hot day. The view from the upper balcony across the Med is wonderful. I would highly recommend this villa to any family wanting to stay in this quiet and beautiful part of Spain. We'll definitely be back next year.
