A very light, spacious & luxurious apartment with stunning sea views. You can watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets and enjoy all your home comforts such as satellite TV, wifi and iPod dock.
The windows shuffle to open and give you fabulous sea views. From the living room you can see the sea on 2 sides and from the kitchen sink all you see is the beautiful blue of the water.
Playa Muchavista is directly in front of the property. It is a long, sandy 7 km. beach famous for its clean and clear waters. You can walk along the beach, sunbathe, do activities or simply relax in one of the beach restaurants or beach bars.
You are also close to the sandy beach known as Carrerlamar and delightful promenade of El Campello which is a 10 minute stroll away. Here you can find restaurants to suit every budget and boutique shops.
The apartment is the perfect base for you to explore lively Alicante, even livelier Benidorm, other beach resorts or quaint mountain villages.

There is a super friendly live-in caretaker, called Pablo, on site who will help you with any queries you have.
All bedrooms lead onto balconies. & all main rooms have sea views
There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite worktops, a utility area with sink & washing machine
Air con (hot/cold) is installed and there are oil filled radiators for a winter boost.
2 bathrooms-1 with bath & shower & 1 with shower.
2 of the 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
Selection of DVDs, CDs available also a range of novels, magazines & maps of the area.
The living room windows shuffle so you can have any 2 open for al fresco dining.
The property is perfect for all year round as you will never tire of the views.
The block consists of mainly owner occupiers of a variety of nationalities.

There is a communal garden with lawns, bushes and seating. Private parking is within a secure compound which has gated key entry. No allocated parking space so park where you like! Also in the grounds, there is a shower if you want to freshen up after a day on the beach!
The property has one balcony complete with patio chairs and direct sea views and the other balcony has drying facilities & sea views.
Beach towels and beach umbrellas are provided, plus a coolbox so you have iced drinks on the deach!
A bread van parks outside the building in the morning so you can buy fresh supplies!
A 50% deposit is required on booking. Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. Cancellation refunds
Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge
4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks – no refund
A security deposit of £100 is necessary, which will be refundable assuming the apartment is left clean without breakages. £50 supplement for cleaning and linen.
Prices are based on 4 people sharing. A supplement will be charged for each additional person, according to the season ( please enquire).
The Valenciana region
Alicante and Benidorm are close by.
Benidorm has Terra Mitica, Aqualandia Water Park and Benidorm Palace. The beautiful mountain village of Guadalest is 50 minutes away.
Alicante has an Archaeological Museum, harbour and castle.
The tram runs also to Calpe, Javea and Denia. The mountain village and caves in Busot are 15 minutes away.
El Campello has shops, banks, restaurants and a Wednesday street market. There is a beautiful promenade & scenic port,as well as an archaeological site.
Local supermarkets are in walking distance, including Lidl and Mercadona. You can walk to a restaurant or bar in one minute. El Campello is a 10 minute stroll away and has a beautiful promenade, harbour and fresh fish market. The hypermarket of Carrefour is close by.
A beautiful restaurant called 'La Cova' overlooks the harbour in El Campello and here you can order a reasonably priced meal with wine included, just ask to have 'Menu del dia'.

"Perfect for a relaxing Spring Break"
We have just returned from a most enjoyable week at Edificio Tahiti.
My husband and I found El Campello last year and we wanted to return to share this lovely, quieter resort with friends.
We mainly chose Tahiti for it's seafront position and we were not disappointed. The views from the dining table are wonderful and the front gate leads you almost directly onto the promenade. The fantastic tram service is only a short walk away and we found no need for a car. The bus stop is just outside the apartment for trips into Alicante or El Campello centre.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by in either direction if you wish to eat out.
We found the apartment very easy to book with quick, clear responses from the owner, Christine. The property is clean and spacious with two bathrooms (one member of our party is disabled and he had no problems at all). The onsite caretaker Pablo is extremely helpful and friendly.
We would certainly return to Tahiti again and would recommend to family and friends of all ages.

"Lovely fully equipped apartment ,views are second to none."
Stayed in Campello a few times this was the best,overlooking the sea ,quiet apartment 20 minutes walk to the town cente,a few minutes to the bars and restaurants , tram Station,could not fault it!

"perfect for a short break!!"
Public transport in Allicante is incredibley reasonable and reliable. We got the bus from the airport to Allicante ,then the tram to the apartment,its only a short walk from the tram stop to the apartment so no need for car hire . You can easiliy explore Alliucante by tram and along the coast line. The apartment is very spaceous 3 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plenty of personal space very important with teenage boys!!!! Christine has a good selation of dvds, good idea to take a few favourate ones from home for chill out time and occasional rainy days! The local beaches are lovely, plenty of room to run of steam, play football, vollyball and swim. Local resturants are very friendly and offer both traditional Spanish food and traditional child favouates like pizza and burger and chips! We really liked Allicante, and explored the Castle with its amazing views. Christine is extremely helpful as is Pablo her caretaker.

"A clean spacious flat with awesome views and a location with something for everyone."
In October temperatures were around 30degrees and the beach was fairly empty. Mainly local people fishing or sitting in the sun. There were great waves for boogie boarding and a lot of windsurfers were out and about.
Good public transport.
Not at all touristy. Many bars and restaurants to choose from. Some don't open until 8pm.
I liked the Mercadona supermarket. The bus takes you there from outside the flat but we prefered to walk. ( would recommend a fold up shopping trolley if you want to self cater.)
Within easy reach by tram and bus of Alicante and Benidorm if you want shops and clubs but if that is your main focus you might find El Campello a bit too quiet.
The flat itself is spacious and airy and very well equipped. The views are amazing. It also felt very safe and I would recommend it for lone travellers.

"A Real Gem!"
My husband and I have just returned from nine wonderful nights at this excellent apartment. We loved everything about it - everything there is of the highest quality and the location is fabulous.
No pool needed here! We were in the open sea every day - only steps from the apartement.,
The owner is helpful and friendly.
We hope to return in the not-too-distant future.
