To the rear is the two bedrooms, one with double bed and the second twin single beds. Bathroon with laundry area and walk in shower.

Modern furnished apartment with all kitchen facilities. The Penthouse has all mod cons and is tastefully furnished. The shower has large jets which sooth those aching limbs. There is color TV and a digibox to increase your enjoyment, The kitchen is fully equipped to cater to all your needs. the bedrooms have ample storage space for your luggage.

On entering the front door you have the kitchen to your right. In front of you is the lounge and dining area. Both the kitchen and lounge have doors leading onto the balcony where there is a stairway leading to the roof top solarium.

To the rear of the dining area here is a small hallway way with access to both bedrooms, one with double bed and the other has twin single beds. The bathroom has the washing facilities for your clothes.

Just below the apartments there is a beautiful communal pool with garden area for sunbathing.

Below the apartment to the rear is the private parking space. There is a solarium on the roof top with fantastic views and great for sun bathing in privacy.

Off the lounge and kitchen area is access to the balcony where you can dine and BBQ peacefully with fantastic views to enjoy.

The Valenciana region

Known for its fantastic climate and dry weather the Costa Blanca is a great place to holiday. Rio Park is situated just 3kms from Mutxamel and nestled at the bottom of the mountains

Benidorm is approx 20 minutes drive along the new motorway network north. The lively nightlife and its many attractions which include Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Terra Nature are among a few. Mutxamel itself , has a large selection of bars and restaurants catering to all taste and nationalities and several large supermarkets where you can purchase beer and wine for relaxing on the terrace and soaking up the sun.

El Campello

Costa Blanca is a place that caters for all, from Its stunning picturesque mountain scenery to its beautiful clear blue waters and White sandy beaches.

Known as the jewel of the coastline this marvellous place is also rich in history boasting a number of medieval towns and Moorish villages surrounded by olive groves and almond trees.

This beautiful place is certainly full of activities and interesting history to discover. Offering an amazing cultural experience with an exclusive cuisine to go with it.

Less than 10 minutes drive to 2 championships 18 hole golf courses- Alicante Golf club and the Bonalba Golf resort and spa. A horse riding club with lessons for beginners is within 5 minutes drive. The delightful beaches of El Campello and San Juan are just 10 minutes drive from the villa, while Alicante town is 15 minutes drive and have an abundance of restaurants, shops, Hypermarkets, magnificent Marina, Bars and Clubs. 25 minutes drive from Alicante Airport.
