The apartment is ideally located in the centre of Campello with all bars, shops, cafés and restaurants on your doorstep. There is a supermarket just a few minutes' walk from the accommodation. The patisserie on the corner just outside the apartment block is a great place to get morning breads, croissants and cakes and its even open early on Sundays! The weekly market is held just down the road and the church square is just behind the apartment, where you can hire bikes to get around El Campello, dropping them off at different 'bike stops'. It is also very near the tramway, which takes you along the stunning coastline between Alicante and Denia. The apartment is located about 650 metres from the beach so everything is within easy reach.

The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom and a TV with integrated DVD player. There are two further bedrooms, both double with twin beds in each room, all tastefully decorated. There is a second bathroom - also brand new. All mattresses are luxury ones with top quality bed linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, all electrical appliances, kitchen utensils, crockery etc. and the living room has been tastefully decorated and furnished with leather settee etc. and leads out on to an outdoor balcony with patio furniture for two.

A private spiral staircase leads from the living room balcony up to the spectacular roof-top terrace, where you will probably spend most of your time as it is very large and is a great place to chill out! The hot tub is a luxury Hydropool model and is designed for quality and performance with full body support and comfort. The hot tub has a wide variety of stainless steel jet sizes and types from powerful wide body streams to penetrating finger tip massage, each jet individually adjusts to deliver optimum hydrotherapy. The mood lighting at night creates a really special atmosphere.
There is a communal swimming pool and a small children's play area in the building too. There is also allocated underground parking with direct lift access to the apartment. Not that you need a car, unless you want one as everything is within walking distance!
The Valenciana region
For golf enthusiasts, an 18-hole golf course is located only 4km away. The apartment is ideally situated for access to the tramway running along the stunning Mediterranean costline between Alicante and Denia so you can visit the beautiful city of Alicante, the stunning Playa de San Juan beach that is 7km long, the typical Spanish town of Villajoyosa and the delightful old town of Altea with its narrow white-washed streets and delightful Mediterranean atmosphere.
This luxury brand new apartment is situated in the beautiful seaside town of Campello. Numerous shops, bars and restaurants are just a stone’s throw away from the accommodation and Campello’s golden sandy beach and delightful marina are just a short walk away.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am pleased that you found the apartment to be clean and with good facilities. The apartment is located approximately 10 minutes' walk from the beach so is within easy walking distance of the penthouse. All residential apartment buildings in Spain do have a community group, which sets out regulations for all residents to maximize the quality of life in the building and maintain high standards. This is particularly important when there are communaly facilities, such as swimming pools. It is a requirement for us to inform all guests of these regulations to ensure that all hygiene and safety standards are adhered to. I would not recommend holidaymakers to stay in buildings with communal facilities that do not have some form of regulations.
As described in the advert and, as can be seen in the photos, the roof-top terrace has a chillout lounge and dining area. The lounge area has a an outdoor settee, two arm chairs and one sun lounger, easily accommodating six people. There is a large outdoor dining table with seating for eight guests, a Weber BBQ and a jacuzzi for six. The roof-top terrace is very spacious and has a lot to offer guests. It is not just intended for sunbathing but also for dining, lounging and soaking in the jacuzzi. We do also offer hire of folding sun loungers for use around the communal swimming pool, which are an optional extra. This is clearly set out in the list of optional extras on Holiday lettings at the time of booking. Nevertheless, as you misunderstood this and informed us before your arrival , as a gesture of goodwill, we did provide you with the folding sun loungers completely free of charge. I hope you enjoyed using them.
Like central heating in the UK, central air conditioning is the norm in Spain in quality new builds. Seperate air conditioning units are cumbersome and considered to be inferior. For ecological reasons, we do ask guests not to leave the air conditioning on when they leave the property and we recommend not setting the air conditioning on a lower than normal room temperature for health and safety reasons. We do believe in being environmentally friendly and think that health and safety are very important.
It is standard practice in the holiday rentals industry to request a refundable security deposit for your stay. This is made very clear in the Holidaylettings booking process as you are asked to pay this along with your balance payment. It is also clearly stated in our Booking Terms & Conditions, which guests do have to accept before proceeding to make a payment. The security deposit was refunded to you in full. If your bank or Paypal account make charges to you, this is, unfortunately, outside of our control. We have been in the Holiday Rentals business for many years with several properties and have always refunded security deposits in full. We have never had a guest inform us that they have not received the full amount back from us.
Our booking process is quick and easy. We go out of way to ensure that your stay is enjoyable, organising additional services, such as airport transfer to ensure you have a stress-free holiday. Your 'thank you' email acknowledging the help we gave you with this was very much appreciated.
