Completed in its construction Sept 2003, this villa has been thoughtfully and tastefully furnished by its private owners creating a cool, light and airy Mediterranean feel.
It enjoys a perfect and quiet location having sea and mountain views yet it is only a 10 minute car ride to Girne harbour with its excellent array of restaurants and places of interest. The Tempo supermarket is within a 20 minute stroll.
Offering three bedrooms (two of which are large doubles with en-suite facilities), family bathroom, cloakroom, large lounge and kitchen diner all accessed from the beautiful terazzo floored hall, wide staircase and landing. There are several balconies and a lower level double garage to keep the car cool on those hot sunny days.

The Kyrenia District
North Cyprus is one of the few unspoilt, relatively non-commercial areas left in the Mediterranean. Its natural beauty will leave you breathless, whether it is the range of mountains running parallel to the coast or the wild flowers that grow at their best in spring.
Crusader castles perch on three of the Kyrenia mountain peaks and offer views reaching far across the land and sea on a clear day. Swimming is excellent, either from maintained hotel beaches, where a minimal charge is made for use of sun-beds and umbrella, or from deserted beaches further afield in clear waters rarely seen in the Mediterranean.
Edremit area
EDREMIT A small village located half way up the hill on the road up to the mountainside village of Karmi / Karaman. Edremit has a small grocery store where daily produce may be bought, plus the popular Hideaway Hotel with pool, bar and restaurant which is open to non-residents. The larger village of Karaoglanoglu is approximately 1 mile down the hill with supermarkets, restaurants and sandy beaches.
KYRENIA - GIRNE This fascinating town is situated on the northern coast of Cyprus. Its horseshoe shaped harbour with backdrop of the Besparmak (or Five Finger) Mountains make Kyrenia one of the most beautiful areas on the island. The old carob warehouses which border the harbour have been converted into attractive cafes, restaurants, bars and private residences with the fishing boats and yachts making this the ideal place to while away the hours. The harbour is overlooked by Kyrenia Castle, a truly magnificent edifice constructed in the 9th century to ward off Arab invaders.
There are plenty of places of interest in the area for those days when you want to do more than just laze in the sun, including the Shipwreck Museum in the castle, Folklore Museum, Fine Arts Museum, Monument and Museum of Freedom and Peace, Cafe Pasha Mosque, Bellapais Abbey and St Hilarion Castle.
How to get there
Fly to Ercan airport. Hire car or taxi to villa.
Also possible to fly to Southern Cyprus - Larnaca and then taxi across border to villa.

Further details outdoors: Outside you will find a very pretty Mediterranean style garden where fig, olive and citrus trees grow alongside the vivid and stunning bougainvillea that are so much a part of Cyprus.
There is a pergola and a gazebo which provide different and shady areas to sit and laze away the long warm days. And if the heat becomes a little too much just take a dip in your private overflow pool.
