The master bedroom and Great Room has hardwood floors and the other 2 bedrooms have carpet. You enter the villa right into the Great Room (living, dining, kitchen, and there is a slider right out onto the covered deck. The master bedroom is off the Great Room and also has a slider to the deck and a private bath. Down the hallway are the other 2 bedrooms one with 2 singles and a connecting bath that opens to the hallway. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen and private bath. There are TV's in the Living Area, the King & Single Bedrooms. There is aTV for games and movies only in the Queen Bedroom.
Enjoy relaxing ocean sounds, sea breezes, and maybe some ocean views from the comfortable covered deck. The Retreat Villas are located at the northern end of the beach, convenient to the grocery store, restaurants, and gift shops. Private, gated community. Sheets, towels and departure cleaning are included. No smoking allowed. Pets allowed with non-refundable pet fee. Full week rentals available year round, with shorter stays available when possible... call to inquire.
