There are 2 floors in the home and you can easily access to the downstairs area from an inside staircase. There is also a door from the covered parking to the downstairs. The downstairs has a game room w/ futon, a TV, foosball, table top shuffleboard, and mini basketball goals (window a/c)! There is a bedroom downstairs(window a/c) with a Sleeper and a bath (walk in shower only). Upstairs (central heat/air) you will find a large great room with 3 bedrooms. There is a sunroom facing Palmetto Blvd that flows into the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The bedroom on the right of the house has a king size bed(with TV) and a private bath(stand up shower). The left side of the house has a hallway that leads to 2 bedrooms with a hall bath(shower only). The front(street side) bedroom has 2 double beds(TV). The back bedroom has a queen size bed(no TV). There is a nice deck on the back of the house with a charcoal grill for relaxing in the evening. You will also enjoy the front open deck with great ocean views.
