Luxury contemporary brand new executive apartment, located in the Broughton area, close to all city centre theatres, bars, restaurants and galleries, within a 15 min walk or 5 min bus ride to Prince's Street, Edinburgh's primary city centre location.
The 2 bedroom apartment can be allocated as 1 King bed/2 singles or 1 King bed/1 Super King. The Kingsize bedroom has an en suite shower room and there are additional bathroom facilities with an over bath shower.
Secure underground private parking and the use of an on-site gym are also included.
There is a fully equipped luxury kitchen with washer/dryer and fridge freezer, 4 ring gas hob and full size electric fan oven. The apartment also has an 1080HD flat screen TV with DVD player and CD/MP3 HiFi.
Ironing facilities, bed linen and towels are all provided.
We can provide a personal meet and greet service (within certain times) otherwise a key drop facility operates, to help ensure you get the best out of your trip to Edinburgh.
Tea, milk and biscuits are provided on arrival.

How to get there
The apartment is a brand new development located off Broughton Road, and is a 5 min bus or 15 min walk from Princes Street/Waverley Station.
If driving follow Broughton Street down the hill from the top of Leith Walk (Omni Centre) for about a 1/4 mile until a roundabout. Straight across and continue for a further 1/4 mile to the traffic lights. Turn right into Broughton Road at the lights, past the entarnce to Tesco's on the lhs, to traffic lights, straight across, the development consists of new built redstone apartments on the rhs following the junction to MacDonald Road. Turn right into North Pilrig Heights, the block is the second door on the right named Birch Apartments.
If walking from Waverley Station (or the drop point for the Airport Bus), exit the steps to Prince's Street, cross Prince's Street into South St Andrews Street and enter St Andrews Square. Pass the Bus Station entrance (at the far end of the square) and follow road down to Queen Street/York Place. Turn right onto Queen Street and head down to the second set of traffic lights. At these lights turn left into Broughton Road and follow directions above as if driving. This is a 15 min walk in total and is nearly all downhill.

Further details indoors: The apartment has recently been completed and all furnishings and fitments are brand new, the accommodation is sufficiently flexible to allow either families or two couples to comfortably use the apartment for either weekend breaks, holiday breaks or individuals/groups to use as a corporate let as it is within a short distance to Edinburgh's financial district and city centre office locations. This is 4th floor apartment with views to both central Edinburgh and north to the Forth Estuary and Fife.
