Situated one mile (1.6km) from the national train station and the beginning of the tram line (...ending at the airport), and just round the corner from the airport bus stop, as well as served by plentiful regular buses - travelling by public transport is done with ease. It also has free on-street parking.

Surrounded by traditional stone tenement buildings and quaint mews lanes, and in walking distance from Arthur's Seat, Holyrood Palace, the controversial Scottish Parliament building, and the bottom of the cobbled Royal Mile (with the castle at the top) - Edinburgh beauty is only steps away.

A french patisserie, quality wine merchant, 2 large supermarkets (both delivering to the property), exceptionally good Indian and Thai takeaways, and a number of independent restaurants, cafes and bars satisfy the palate locally.

The Playhouse theater, large Omni cinema, and Ingelby Art Gallery are all in walking distance.

Deposit: for all bookings a refundable security deposit. This will be returned within 7 days of your departure.

Duvets, pillows, 100% cotton bed linen and towels are included in the rental.

Breakfast is not included; however there are plenty of places locally where you can get freshly squeezed orange juice, croissants, fruit, yogurt; or a full Scottish breakfast.
