Surrounded by traditional stone tenement buildings and quaint mews lanes, and in walking distance from Arthur's Seat, Holyrood Palace, the controversial Scottish Parliament building, and the bottom of the cobbled Royal Mile (with the castle at the top) - Edinburgh beauty is only steps away.
A french patisserie, quality wine merchant, 2 large supermarkets (both delivering to the property), exceptionally good Indian and Thai takeaways, and a number of independent restaurants, cafes and bars satisfy the palate locally.

Deposit: for all bookings a refundable security deposit. This will be returned within 7 days of your departure.
Duvets, pillows, 100% cotton bed linen and towels are included in the rental.

Breakfast is not included; however there are plenty of places locally where you can get freshly squeezed orange juice, croissants, fruit, yogurt; or a full Scottish breakfast.

Abbeyhill is a vibrant part of East Edinburgh, served extremely well by public transport, and in close walking distance to the Scottish Parliament building, the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace and Arthur's Seat. The independent bars, cafes, delis and shops are accompanied by two large supermarkets nearby, an art gallery, large cinema, train station and the largest theatre in the UK - all within a mile.
