The Best feature of your location on Pitt Street is you are in the centre of the best attractions of Edinburgh whether you enjoy site seeing, leisurely walks, or Dining out in style.

Edinburgh’s Royal Britannia and the up and coming shore is only 10 minute walk. The shore has quickly become one of Edinburgh’s finest for dining and family activities, it is like a village within Edinburgh city with choices of some of the most renowned restaurants such as Fishers, Martin wishart, the Kitchen, Plum Horse, Michelin accredited. Not to mention one of the oldest Italian Restaurants, Giuliano’s where you get 10% discount with mentioning. Plenty of Café’s along the canal and even live folk Music in some of the Scottish Bar/Restaurants. Spoilt for choice with lovely scenery and atmosphere. Ocean Terminal with a 24 hour Gymnasium, Cinema, shopping centre and soft play. Supermarkets Marks and Spencers, Asda and Tesco. Botanic Gardens, a must see is only a 5 minute Bus route from your doorstep (Ferry Road).

The Old town is the main attraction for the Historic Scotland great for day time outings see Edinburgh dungeons the castle and the royal palace.
Edinburgh City Centre, Old Town and New town only a 10 minute Bus route from door to Door number 11, or if you prefer a scenic walk no more than 20 minutes on foot, passing Leith walk with many second hand and vintage shopping along the way, again.

We stayed in this property for 4 nights over New Years 09-10. It was exactly as advertised and made for a perfect stay. It is quite a large unit and comfortably slept 8 adults. Having a fully stocked kitchen, washing machine and wireless internet made it just like home. <br/>The house is about 10mins out of the centre of town by the number 11 bus. A bus stop is located about 50m down the road, as well as a takeaway store and off licence. <br/>The unit was very clean and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Brochures, maps and information were provided in the unit which made it easy to get around and also know what was available in the town. <br/>I would happily recommend this unit to anyone I know. It made for a wonderful New Years eve in the beautiful Edinburgh.

Either a more powerful central light or add some stand alone or wall lights to assist light levels. Description was accurate of facilities available and part of my family choose to visit the owner's restaurant. (Good meals had by all). We would recommend use of this property to other friends and family. The flat was clean and tidy but we would also recommend some anti-slip mat in the bath for use when opting for a shower.
