This cosy 1 bedroom ground floor apartment sleeps up to 4 people. The Sitting Room, with original stripped floors, is furnished with a leather sofa bed and sofa plus a dining table which seats 4. There is a flat screen television with digital Freeview, DVD player and a Hi-Fi system as well as a selection of books, DVDs and CDs for your enjoyment. WiFi is available for guests use.

The peaceful double bedroom is located to the rear of the apartment overlooking a small communal garden which guests are welcome to use. It has a king-size bed and plenty of cupboard and drawer space. A hairdryer and radio alarm are supplied for the use of visitors.

The fitted kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer and washing machine/drier and there is plenty of cookware, cutlery, crockery and glass provided.

A spacious shower room with toilet and wash hand basin is fitted with a large powerful mains shower offering a continuous hot water supply. This room completes the accommodation.

All rooms are accessed from the hall which is equipped with a telephone entry system.

The Lothians region

Visitors who are staying for longer in Edinburgh can make the most of good transport links to visit the rest of Central Scotland. Glasgow is less than an hour away by train and Stirling, Perth, St Andrew's and Aberdeen are also easily reached by train.

Grayline Tours offer day long tours to a range of places both within the central belt and further afield. should you not have a car and bus services to towns such as Haddington should not be ignored.


The apartment is very close to the attractions of the Royal Mile with the Castle at the top and Holyrood Paalace at the bottom. Other attractions on the Royal Mile include the Camera Obscura which has fantastic views, The Whisky Experience and St Giles Cathedral.

Theatre lovers are within a short walk of the Usher Hall, the Lyceum Theatre and the Traverse Theatre. The Edinburgh Film House is also close by while The Festival Theatre and Edinburgh University are only 15 minutes walk away. The EICC and Edinburgh's financial district are also just on your doorstep.
