A stylish open plan living/dining/kitchen area is the focal point of the apartment. Furnished with modern classics this room has floor to ceiling windows, plenty of comfortable leather seating and a wonderful stone dining table and chairs. The kitchen area is both practical and elegant and provides all that is required should visitors wish to spend a quiet evening at home in luxurious surroundings. A large flat screen TV with DVD and CD player, together with WiFi (available from April 2008), are provided. There is also a sofa bed in this room which provides maximum flexibility of sleeping accommodation.
The master bedroom has a peaceful ambience and is furnished with zip and link beds which can be arranged as a super king or twins on request, a third pull out bed suitable for a child is also available and there is excellent built in cupboard space provided. A beautiful designer en suite bathroom with bath and shower over, w.c and wash hand basin adds to the superior level of comfort.
The second bedroom is also generously proportioned and has a king-size bed and plenty of storage space.
A second good sized bathroom also offers a bath with shower over, lots of mirrored cupboards and a wash hand basin and WC.
The apartment has one designated parking space and there is supplementary parking for a second car available at NCP rates.

Situated on the lovely green expanse of the Meadows the apartment makes an ideal location for a family party as there are swings and play apparatus a short walk away as well as public tennis courts
A 25% deposit is required to reserve the apartment. The balance is due a month before arrival. In the event of cancellation refunds are only possible if the apartment is re let and visitors should ensure that they have travel insurance to meet this contingency.
We ask visitors to leave the apartments in a tidy condition - excess cleaning is charged at £15 per hour.
All damage should be reported to Eha and will be charges as appropriate.
The Lothians region
Edinburgh is a wonderful city to visit at any time of year; it is small and intimate enough to allow the visitor to wander through its streets absorbing its architecture and atmosphere. Good public transport allows visitors to travel further afield to visit Stirling, St Andrews and North Berwick and those bringing a car can explore Fife, East Lothian and the Borders with ease.
Should the weather encourage indoor activities visitors can make the most of Edinburgh's excellent selection of art galleries and museums , the Castle, Holyrood Palace and Gladstone's Land. Alternatively a short walk brings one to Victoria Street and the Grassmarket which have a tempting array of boutiques and restaurants.
The Royal Mile, which is a short walk from the apartment, runs from Edinburgh Castle at one end down to Holyrood Palace at the bottom. Many of Edinburgh’s major tourist attractions are to be found in this vicinity though half the charm of this vibrant part of town is to explore the City’s ancient mediaeval closes which lead off the main thoroughfare. This area with its mediaeval origins also extends to the Grassmarket and Victoria Street which have an array of enticing shops, bars and restaurants.
The proximity of the Meadows with their wide open spaces, play areas and tennis courts make this an excellent choice for a family holiday.
