"Good location just off the Royale Mile"
A modern and well equipped first floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms, comfortable living room and a good sized kitchen with table. The flat is nicely presented and well equipped including WiFi, the only negatives was a lack of drawers or dressing table and some of the paintwork is about due redecoration. We arranged to meet the owner following our arrival from the airport and he kindly supplied the basics, i.e. coffee, tea, milk and washing tabs for dishwasher and washing machine which was very much apprieciated. Although in a block, we didn't hear any neighbours all week.
The flat is 1 minutes walk off the Royal Mile with a huge choice of pubs, restaurants and of course the sights.

"Great location - Great Spot"
Right on the Royal Mile in a secluded close - this apartment is great for exploring all the attractions in Edinburgh. Great communication with owner and the apartment was spotless. Two good sized bedrooms and a well supplied kitchen.
Minutes away from Holyrood Palace and just underneath the National Monument, each day can be packed with adventure. Restaurant and pubs galore.

"Excellent stay in this super location"
We were delighted with our stay in this apartment in the heart of Edinburgh. The location just off the Royal Mile was exactly what we wanted for our visit for the first week of the Fringe Festival. We were able to arrange key collection at a time to suit us. The flat is extremely well-presented and equipped. In fact, I am hard pressed to think of anything which wasn't there if we needed it. The free wi-fi access was a huge bonus for our teenage son! Underground parking for the car was a great help, as parking can be difficult (and expensive) in the city. An excellent holiday and we could not fault the accommodation.
