Located in an historic close on the famous Royal Mile, this stylish two bedroom apartment sleeps 4-5 people. This quietly located first floor apartment forms part of a modern development yet sympathetic to its Old Town surroundings. It comprises a comfortable living room equipped with multi channel TV, DVD and Ipod docking station, and two double bedrooms overlooking a quiet courtyard, both with fitted wardrobes.

One bedroom can be made up as either a double (super king) or twin beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.

There is also a fully equipped modern dining kitchen includes washer dryer and dishwasher. The apartment has double glazing and central heating. Free wireless internet connection is provided and secure underground parking is included.

Edinburgh is a great base to explore the rest of Scotland. There are some great day tours which go to why not try the following:

The Loch Ness and Loch Lomond tours are very popular and give you the chance to go on a boat cruise on the lochs. Just let us know if you'd like to book and for what date.

Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, Calton Hill and many more of Edinburgh’s top attractions and landmarks are within easy walking distance. The location is perfect for endless exploration in the Old Town’s mediaeval streets and buildings whilst Princes Street and the New Town are also less than 10 minutes walk.

There are also a wide selection of restaurants, bars & cafes on your doorstep.

- 12 km from Edinburgh International airport.

NB: Number 35 bus runs directly from the airport to the apartment, costing £1.20 per person
