The apartment is on the top floor of a well maintained building within a friendly, peaceful residential development. The accommodation is accessed by a secure entry system and has two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, one single bedroom, a family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room boasting a flat screen television with cable. The apartment is double glazed and has gas central heating to keep you warm and fast broadband Wi-Fi and plenty of spare power sockets to keep you connected with family and friends.

Within a 5 minute walk there are restaurants, bars, take-aways, coffee shops, breakfast outlets as well as a 'Tesco extra' shop where you can pick up your groceries. The new Murrayfield tram station is within 5 minutes and there are also lovely walks nearby - including a walk along the Water of Leith river and a large park if you fancy going for a run, or kicking a ball around.

Murrayfield Stadium is just round the corner and it is really handy for those rugby weekends or the concerts that are regularly on during the summer. If you are keen to try your luck at the many golf courses that surround Edinburgh, this would be a fantastic location and equally if you are visiting to soak up the splendour of the famous festival of to sample the New Year or Hogmanay cheer!

Hi Kris,

Many thanks for your review, I would say that on this occasion we did not provide you with a comfortable stay and we apologise for that. Our cleaning company let us down and as we were out of town when you were planning on arriving, we had arranged for them to let you in too. As they let us down, there was no one there to great you and we came back to town as soon as we can and did the best job we could for your nights stay. Once again we are sorry and we have learned a lot from this experience and will make sure we always double check that everything is in place when we are welcoming new guests.

Kind regards

Sally & Jay

"Apartment to stay"

Enjoying our stay here , spacious and clean . Unfortunately fridge is not in the nest condition . Fire alarm keeps going the moment there is little smoke . I like the rooms , location and the ambien… More

Thank you very much for your comments and ~I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. We have had a look at the fridge and it seems that the fridge door has been leant on and we will be getting this fixed. As for the smoke alarm, we are sorry that you felt this was an inconvenience. It is wired to the mains for safety and is far away from the kitchen and bathroom that it should not cause any issue. I will have someone look at it in case it is too sensitive, but as a saftey measure we feel it is important to our guests. Your feedback has been gratefully received, and as mentioned when we saw you off, we would be very happy to welcome you back.

"Great comfortable and clean place close to the city, but creaky floorboards"

Was a very comfortable and clean place to stay that was easy to get to Edinburgh city centre. The floor boards were very creaky, yet this wasn't a problem for us. Could have been if we had small kids sleeping.

"Perfect - suited our needs for our stay in Edinburgh"

Lovely Murrayfield apartment is well named. It is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect for us as we were in Edinburgh for the Scotland v England 6 nations match - the stadium was just round the corner. The city centre was not too far away - within walking distance but also on several bus routes. The owners are very friendly and helpful as we had a couple of minor problems which were sorted quickly with a few texts messages. Hope to be back later this year

"The very Best apartment we stayed!"

We travelled to Edinburgh in October - half term of our children!
The Apartment was excellent, comfortable and very well located...even been not in the centre...but taxis are fully available and relatively cheap.
The rooms were very good and afford our family very well...
