Delightful mews property in the Morningside area of Edinburgh. The property is set within an idyllic courtyard. There is a cobbled lane leading to the property, allowing temporary parking for loading and unloading. Free parking is available within a short walking distance.

The upper floor of the property is open plan accommodating the Living room, dining room and well equipped kitchen.

On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Whilst you are only a short distance from the Morningside main street and all the other delights Edinburgh has to offer you could be lead to believe you were in a quiet country location.

Morningside is one of Edinburgh's prime residential areas, with a rich variety of shops making it popular with young and old alike.

The area enjoyed a period when it was home to Scotland's most famous writers, including Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling, Rebus novelist Ian Rankin and writer Alexander McCall Smith.

With some classic architecture and stunning buildings, numerous upmarket boutiques, and numerous eateries and bars, the area is a much-loved community.

Tasteful Georgian villas on tree-lined streets and traditional tenement properties are happy neighbours in this eclectic and exclusive location.

An array of shops cater for all needs, including bijou accessory and gift shops, arts and crafts outlets, toy stores and supermarkets. There really is something for everyone on the main street, Morningside Road.

A host of local businesses operate in Morningside including hairdressers and barbers, home, hardware and furniture shops, solicitors, newsagents, post offices, property managers, florists, bakers, family butchers and fishmongers - to name but a few.

Both stage and screen are also amply served, by the much-loved Church Hill Theatre and by the quirky, architectural jewel, the Dominion Cinema.

Take some time out to explore the area. You'll love it!

Numerous exciting restaurants thrive here, offering a diverse range of culinary delights from all over the globe. Restaurants and cafés provide everything from classic Scottish menus, to the best of European and Asian cuisine.
