The apartment is close to Meadowbank sports centre and a wide selection of shops. A short 15 minute walk or quick bus ride will take you to the East end of Princes Street passing the Edinburgh Playhouse Theatre and the Omni Centre where you will find a range of bars, restuarants and a cinema.

"modern comfortable apartment close to the city and in a lovely location"
Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for three nights and found the apartment to be an excellent choice. Jayne was very pleasant and accommodating allowing us an early check in and late departure. the apartment was clean and modern as well as being very comfortable. with regards to location it suited us perfectly being only a short walk from Morrisson's and Sainsbury's. The apartment was only a 15 minute walk from the city and a big bonus was its close proximity to holyrood park. overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.

"Convenient Apartment and great value"

"Fantastic little apartment in a quiet area close to the centre."
My parents and sister stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great apartment. The size of it is great and accommodated all three perfectly and when me and my boyfriend went over in the morning and evening for dinner, there was still plenty of space for everyone.
The flat is very clean, kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom look as good as new, the living room is modern with a great sofa and chairs and the bedroom is very nicely decorated and there is plenty of space in there for a couple of suitcases easily. My sister slept on pull out bed in the living room and said that she slept great every night and it was very comfortable.
The location of the flat is quite tricky to find, but as long as you print the map of from this website with the little pin on and follow it then you really should find it. A 30 second walk from the apartment door there is a gate to park which you can walk through to get to Arthurs Seat, Holyrood Palace and then onto the Royal Mile, all within a 10 minute walk. On the other side, you have a big supermarket, and numerous other shops in a small retail park. A walk into the city centre would take about 30 minutes and thats going at a leisurely pace.
If you have a car, there is a garage right underneath the flat with a space reserved for the apartment but no one seems to park in there so you could just take any spot really.
All in all, this is a fantastic apartment and would recommend it to anyone.
