This comfortable and well-equipped self-catering property is located in a residential apartment block in the Abbeyhill area, 1 mile (1.5km) east of Edinburgh's city centre. Ideal for a vacation rental or a short-term let, the building has a lift and also private parking. Our 1-bedroom apartment is just 10 minutes walk from Holyrood Palace and the foot of the Royal Mile, and 5 minutes by bus from Princes Street. The property has a 4-star grading from VisitScotland (the Scottish Tourist Board). Several tourist attractions around Holyrood and the Royal Mile are just 10-15 mins walk, while 5 minutes by bus (or 20 minutes walk) brings you to Princes Street with theatre, cinema, bars, restaurants and cafes on the way.
Minimum let is 3 nights, except Christmas & New Year when it is 1 week.

Flying: from Edinburgh Airport take Airlink Bus #100 to city centre (25 mins), then Lothian bus (10 mins) or taxi (5 mins) to Abbeyhill. Or take taxi from airport (30 mins).
Rail: train to Waverley station, then from Princes Street take bus to Abbeyhill (10 minutes) or taxi (5 mins).
Driving: approach Edinburgh city-centre from east on A1, or from city-centre head east on A1. The Arc apartment is on Abbey Lane, halfway along London Road (A1).

CANCELLATION • If you cancel your booking, we will try to fill the vacancy. • But, if a substitute booking cannot be found, the charges set out here might apply. Notice of cancellation prior to arrival: 60 days or more: no charge (deposit refunded); 30-59 days: 30% charge (deposit retained); Less than 30 days: full rental price. • Edinburgh Self-Catering is entitled to cancel a booking if the balance is not paid on time.
