Our apartment is a fully furnished, 3 bedroom flat suitable for couples families or groups of friends. Whether you are visiting Edinburgh on holiday or on business our apartment will be just right for you. It is fully equipped and towels and linen are provided. All you have to do is turn up and enjoy yourself!

It is also ideally located for conference and business visitors being within walking distance of the University and its Pollock Halls conference venue; very close to Surgeon's Hall, the Royal Infirmary and the Royal Dick School of Veterinary Medicine; a short drive to the new Scottish Parliament and a 10 minute drive to the city centre.

The flat is a perfect alternative to hotels and guest houses, providing the privacy, flexibility and all the comfort and amenities of home. It is the cost effective answer to anyone wishing to extend their business or conference stay or bring their partner / family with them. It is suitable for both short and long term visits.

The property is on the South side of the city with views to Arthur's Seat. Holyrood park is a few minutes away and it is possible to walk through the park to historic Holyrood Place - the Queen's home when she is in the Capital, and the new Scottish Parliament building which is an iconic attraction in its own right.

There are a number of bars, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance, as are a large supermarket and other shopping facilities. Nearby leisure attractions include theatre, golf, swimming, walking and gym.

The flat is on the main bus routes into the city centre which is a 10 minute journey (nearest bus stop is about 50 mteres away). It is close to pats of the University and the new Royal Infirmary and there is free parking nearby.

But there is more to Edinburgh than just the festivals. It is famous for its heritage, culture, festivals, history, parks and places of interest. It is leading Scotland's renaissance in wining and dining, theatre, clubbing and entertainment from morning to late into the night.

It is a conference city, a centre for business and has some fantastic shopping experiences for those whose idea of relaxation includes a heft dose of retail therapy!

"Fantastic service and lovely couple to deal with."
