Located near the top of Edinburgh's bustling Easter Road to the North-East of Princes Street, the apartment has lots of space, a new kitchen diner and period features.
The apartment is an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding area. All major city centre attractions are within easy reach with Princes Street, the Royal Mile, the Playhouse Theatre and key Festival venues such as the Pleasance only 10 minutes by bus or approximately 20 minutes on foot. The Michelin-starred restaurants and Royal Yacht Britannia in Leith are half an hour on foot or 10 minutes by bus.
After spending the day exploring Edinburgh, come home to this comfortable apartment with a light and bright living room. It has a seating area, dining area and free WiFi. The newly fitted kitchen with French doors into the living room has everything you need to cook a lovely meal.
Then lay your head to rest in the comfortable double bedroom, twin bedroom or on the double sofa bed in the lounge, providing sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental and changed on a weekly basis.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink, bath and electric shower. There is central heating and double glazing throughout the apartment, ensuring a cosy stay in the heart of Scotland's capital.
NB. As this is a 3rd floor apartment it may not be suitable for people with mobility problems. Also, as this is in a residential building parties are NOT allowed (including Stag- and Hen-parties).
Shopping & Dining:
A supermarket (open until 10pm) is just along the road and Easter Road has a great selection of convenient small shops ranging from wine merchants, bakery and patisserie, fruit and veg shops and gift shops. There are cinemas (Omni), nightclubs, bars and a Virgin Active gym close-by at Greenside Place.
For those who do not feel like cooking there are take-away shops and good quality restaurants nearby.
Families are welcome at this apartment (although no pets, please). A travel cot can be supplied by prior arrangement. Nearby Montgomery Street Park, Arthur's Seat and Calton Hill offer green spaces and the park has children's playground.
Parking and transport:
Free and metered on-street parking is available in the area around this apartment and it is well-served by frequent bus services. A taxi from the city centre costs between £5-10. The apartment is around 20 mins walk to both Waverley train station and the bus station, both of which are also reachable by direct bus services. An Airport bus departs at regular intervals from Waverley bridge.

As the apartment is in a residential building, we expect guests to be quiet and respectful to our neighbours at all times. They are not on holiday and do not wish to be disturbed by our guests making noise/ringing their doorbell etc.
