Delightful and spacious flat to let, located in the ever-popular Marchmont area of Edinburgh. Only 1 minutes walk from the Meadows, 10 minutes from the City Centre. Sleeps 4.

Marchmont is a highly popular area of the city and is particularly suitable for tourists and visitors due to its excellent location and architecture, fantastic pubs, quality restaurants, shops and cafés. The area has a friendly and lively 'buzz' about it, particularly over the summer months, and in August during the Festival / Fringe it truly comes alive with visitors and locals alike. The flat is located in one of the quieter streets, but all of the amenities of the local area and highlights of the City and its Festival remain very close to hand.

The flat is let directly by the owners. It was our home for many years before our growing family came along, since when we have had years of successful letting. As such, we know the area and the city extremely well and we would be very pleased to offer you any 'local' advice and assitance throughout your stay.
