This apartment is new and was completed in may 2007, it is situated to the east end of princess street at the top of leith walk.
Situated in a quiet residential area within minutes walking distance to the spectacular east end of city centre. The apartment has plentiful parking spaces, hosting a underground car park. A concierge service and gym on site , (these luxury benefits will make you think your staying in a hotel but have an added benefit of your own home). The apartment has a secure entry system.
The apartment has two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room. A luxurious bathroom with shower. The living room has a large L shaped sofa bed, that will seat 5 comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen/dining area. Furnishings have been chosen to a high standard.
The apartment is in an ideal location for visiting the popular tourist sites.

Edinburgh's castle dominates the city and is perched on top of an ancient volcano situated right in the city centre.
The city is bursting with arts,culture, sports and attractions. As the sun goes down, Edinburgh has a lively nightlife with stylish bars, pubs, restaurants, clubs and live entertainment.
There are also large areas of open space, with plentiful public parks right in the city centre.

Edinburgh / Leith area
East end princess street - Leith walk offers great amenities including numerous Restaurants, bars, coffee houses, shops and the famous Valvona & Crolla deli. Venues for the fringe festival are hosted up and down Leith walk. Ocean Terminal and the trendy Leith shore are a short 5 minute bus ride away. Buses run day and night up and down leith. A 10 minute walk leads you to the playhouse theatre and Omni Centre which hold numerous restaurants and bars, nightclub and also a cinema.
Events-
Famous International Arts festival and Fringe takes place in August along with the military tattoo.
Jazz festival, book festival and film festival. In addition the hogmany party is the famous celebration of new year.
Rugby International at Murrayfield stadium in spring.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer
stays are depending on month and number in party and are charged at a rate from £65-£150 per night.
Prices stated are based on two people sharing.

Arrival is 4pm and departure time is 10am.
Sorry we are unable to take bookings for groups of same sex and people under the age of 25 years.
A 30% deposit of rental price is required to confirm booking along with a completed booking form. Final payment will be due 4 weeks before arrival. When possible the keys will be posted to an agreed address. A fully refundable good housekeeping deposit of £100 is required along with final payment. This will be refunded 7-10days after departure.
The party leader agrees and accepts full liability for all loss or damage caused by any member of their group during the occupation of the apartment.
Guests who fail to pay their final payment by the due date may lose their booking and their deposit.
In the event the owner has to cancel for reasons beyond their control a full refund of all monies will be given.
The owner cannot be held responsible for any further or consequential losses. We advice you to obtain personal holiday insurance to cover this.
