Attractive and stylish apartment in the heart of the Old Town. This apartment has just been newly launched for the 2013 season and is in a fantastic city centre location, one minute walk to the Royal Mile and 5 minutes walk to Princes Street, although located in a quiet street in one of the oldest parts of the Old Town.

Take time to browse through the photos to appreciate the quality of the furniture and fittings used in this newly refurbished luxury property. The apartment consists of a good sized living room with luxury leather suite, Plasma TV, DVD, surround sound system, 2 double bedrooms one with a huge super king size bed and the other with twin single beds or superkingsize option The kitchen has been newly fitted and consists of cooker,hob, microwave, washing machine, and finally a new large family sized bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a very efficient central heating system so the flat stays really warm if the weather is cold outside.

Crisp, fresh bedding and towels are all provided as well as complimentary basic provisions such as tea,coffee, milk, bread, fresh orange juice.

Edinburgh is a wonderful place to visit whether its for a short city break or longer stay. The apartment is located in a very central position although in a quiet side street off the Royal Mile. Within a few minutes walk you could be at Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Park, the Scottish Parliament, the Royal Scottish Museum, the restaurants and bistros of the Grassmarket or the full shopping experience of Princes Street.

"Great apartment in a great location"

We were 3 ladies (mid 30's) on a girls weekend away. We couldn't have asked for a better located property for the price and condition - it was immaculate and very comfortable for our stay. It is located literally 20seconds walk up the road where you hit Royal Mile and an array of drinking, eating and shopping options. Princes St (main shopping area) is a little further on, about a 10-15 min walk and a lovely walk through the Royal Mile and views of the castle. The owner made a fantastic effort to have the apartment ready and available for us to occupy on our arrival which was early due to an early flight. We arrived at 11am and were able to collect keys almost immediately which was fantastic. He also allowed us to check out slightly later at 1pm (due to a later flight) which was also really helpful and allowed us a leisurely morning of getting ready and packing before heading straight to the airport.

My only slight negative was the noise from the street below (trucks/cars and the emptying of the bottle recycling bins at 6.30am nearby) as I was sleeping in the front double bedroom. This was easily resolved with some ear plugs for the 2nd night and it certainly would not put me off returning again. It is to be expected being so central but perhaps some new windows might do the trick? The other two girls slept soundly in the back bedroom.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend this apartment for friends or couples and even those with children is you are ok with stairs as there are no lifts.

"Nice and Clean Apartment in a Great Location"

We had a magnifique stay at this apartment: it was clean, well furnished, in a central location with a high-speed WiFi connection and off-street parking. It is very convenient for Holyrood, the Castle, Royal Mile, Arthur's Seat, most Festival locations... and if it rains the Children's Museum is just at the back lane. If I have to give a complain, on Friday night there was too much noise at the front room: the twin room at the back was very always quiet. Take into account that It is a second floor apartment without lift and the common areas are not well lighted.

"Nice apartment, great location"

The apartment has great location and is nice and clean. Perfect for two couples. However, much noise from the street made it difficult to sleep in one of the bedrooms. This reduces our rating from 5 to 3.

"Excellent accommodation in a great location"

Had an excellent stay in this beautifully furnished apartment which has everything you need, including free parking. The owner was helpful and friendly and the welcome hamper is a very nice touch. It is a central location, so a great base for exploring Edinburgh, but also quiet enough to enjoy the really comfortable beds at night. Would highly recommend.

"Really it's a nice apartement and you will feel really in five star hotel"

What a Superb and clean apartment to stay at! Quite location near to city centre.

Friendly and accommodating Owners / who were very knowledgable about the area and major attractions.

Kitchen was well-equipped to cook in and keep clean, things worked fine, modern clean design ,free wifi,large rooms .

A big Plus is the availability of free carpark just behind of the building offered by Owners.

Would highly recommend staying here and will be back during our next trip.

fantastic apartment with lots of special touches including the welcome hamper which was most appreciated. free car parking in edinburgh was also unique.great location for exploring all that edinburgh has to offer and with friendly efficient service it made for a enjoyable short break.
