The property is quietly set in well maintained grounds just a mile from the West End of Princes Street and a short distance from the EICC. Nearby Dalry Road offers a wide range of shops and restaurants providing a range of culinary delights. There is also a large supermarket nearby.

A flight of steps from the front door of the block leads to the door of the apartment. The accommodation is on 3 floors with two comfortable double bedrooms on the ground floor - both of which benefit from plenty of drawer and wardrobe space.

A flight of stairs lead to the first floor of the property which has a generous hallway with rooms radiating off it. A striking double height sitting room with a lovely light ambience has an apex roof and French windows opening onto a Juliet balcony provides a great space for relaxation. The room has plenty of comfortable seating grouped round a coffee table and TV with DVD player. There is also Wi-Fi internet access and a desk for those wishing to make use of this facility. The owners have thoughtfully provided an IPod docking system and a selection of books and games for guests.

Along the corridor there is a dining kitchen with an extending dining table - ideal for a family meal together. For families with smaller children a high chair has been provided. The well equipped kitchen has an oven and hob, integral microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware for those wishing to prepare a meal at home. Coffee lovers will be pleased to note that two cafetieres have been provided for the use of guests.

There is a cosy single bedroom on the first floor with good drawer and hanging space and just along the corridor is a fully tiled bathroom with a toilet, an attractive glass wash hand basin, and a Jacuzzi bath with shower over. Two hairdryers have been provided for guests' use.

An open stair case of industrial design highlights the buildings past. Lit by a velux roof light it leads up to the top floor where there is a light and airy large master bedroom under the eaves. Furnished with a double bed and with excellent cupboard space this room provides a quiet retreat for those wishing to relax. There is an adjoining en-suite shower room with a steam/jet shower with radio, wash hand basin and WC.

"Great apartment"

This apartment was better than the pictures.
Its very spacious and great for groups of people. Not far from the town about 30 min walk or 5/10mins from Haymarket train station.
Shops at the end of the road (inc supermarket)
Would definitely recommend this apartment and stay here again.
