One bedroomed apartment on Edinburgh’s Royal Mile. Only 2 minutes from the Castle Esplanade. The property is currently being further upgraded to a very high standard and will be available from Mid July. Why not live in the historic Old Town and absorb the atmosphere of the past while enjoying the facilities of and excitement of our thriving Capital City. The apartment is situated at the back of the building eliminating the noise from a busy street. Ideally placed for bars, restaurants, theatres etc.

There is a leather sofabed in the lounge and therefore the apartment is able to accommodate four people. This is a non smoking property.

The apartment is situated in the historic Old Town and a short walk from Edinburgh Castle, famous throughout the world as an icon of Scotland. The Castle is home to the nation's crown jewels and offers panoramic views of Edinburgh from its mighty walls. The Palace of Holyrood House and the Scottish Parliament are about 10 minutes walk.

Why not take a ghost tour, see Mary Kings Close or visit the Edinburgh Dungeon. The Royal Yacht Britannia is situated in nearby Leith. For the energetic, visit the Scott Monument,Calton Hill and Arthur's Seat for a superb view of the City. Livingston Designer Outlet is 25 minutes by train from Waverly Station - save up to 25% on designer shopping.

The apartment is an ideal base for those in Edinburgh to enjoy the International Festival and Fringe as it is in the centre of an area with a multitude of venues.


How to get there

If flying to Edinburgh, take the Airport link bus straight into the City Centre, some 7 miles away. BA Connect, BMI, Flybe, Flyglobespan and Easyjet provide budget airfares to Edinburgh.

If travelling by train, the nearest station is Waverly.

The flat is just 5 minutes by taxi from the Airport drop off point and Waverly.
