The Attic flat is at the very top of the West Wing, 28 North Bridge. The building is part of the Grade II listed Scotsman buildings, built in 1902. With stunning original features such as the marble flooring and elaborate tiling it has managed to retain much of it's unique character and distinctive personality.

The flat has a shared main entrance on North Bridge, access is via a keyless entry system. The building has two wings; in the West there are studios/offices and two other flats and in the East there are serviced apartments. Being at the top of the building, there is quite a lot of stairs to climb but it's well worth it for the view!

The flat is self contained on the 3rd floor, a spiral staircase leads you up into the spacious loft living area with a high apex roof, skylight windows, wooden panelling and exposed steel beams. There's a corner sofa, flat screen TV (bit about TV services) and dining area. There are also large bookshelves with a wide range of books and fast wireless broadband throughout. As well as the fantastic views of Edinburgh, you get incredible sunsets and unbeatable views of the festival fireworks.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, microwave, hobb, fridge-freezer, lots of crockery, glasses, pans, cookware and utensils. There's also a Nespresso machine. There is a washing machine in a separate cupboard. The bathroom has a large roll-top cast iron bath and exposed shower with wooden paneling, exposed brick work and steel beams. Complimentary luxury Scottish toiletries are provided as well as thick cotton bath towels. The bedroom has a kingsize bed (Egyptian cotton bed linen), a huge amount of storage in an elaborate, bespoke walnut wardrobe and skylight windows with black-out blinds. The bedroom shares the apex, high ceiling, same wooden panelling and exposed steel beams that features throughout the flat.

Being in the centre of town you're totally spoilt for choice for restaurants, bars, attractions and entertainment, it's an easy walk to so many places. Travelling to and from the airport or train station is easy, Waverley station is just a few minutes walk which also has a stop for the airport's Airlink bus. The nearest tram stop is Prince's St (5 min walk) and there's a supermarket on South Bridge (4 mins).

The flat is a wonderfully comfortable, stylish special place that feels like well kept secret hide-away. Perfect for couples on romantic city breaks.
