Fantastic central apartment in the heart of Edinburgh's West End, 5 mins walk from Princes Street, and 2 mins walk to Haymarket Train Station. Only recently refurbished, the apartment offers bright, spacious and highly sociable accommodation, ideal for group stays in Edinburgh ranging from family vacations or weekend trips, to stag or hen parties. Lovely open plan living room, dining area and kitchen leads out to the peaceful garden area, facilitating a real tranquility within the city centre. An ideal apartment for a group of people looking to spend time and eat together within walking distance of all the good bars and restaurants in the capital's West End.

The whole apartment is generously sized and beautifully presented easily accommodating ten adults. It is split into three bedrooms comprising of a twin room an on-suite triple room, and a large room with 5 single beds. There are two bathrooms, both with shower facilities, and one with a bath. The joint living room and dining area are positioned at the rear of the property offering a tranquil private environment to relax and socialise. The modern kitchen adjoins this space and allows access out to the private garden and decking area.

The location in the heart of the West End could not be more ideal for short city breaks, weekend stays or business trips.

"fantastic central apartment!!"

Myself and friends stayed in this apartment for a hen weekend. The apartment was absolutely lovely, the bedrooms are a lot bigger than they seem in the pictures and its beautifully decorated, very light and airy with the added bonus of a small garden to the back of the apartment.
The apartment is minutes from princes street and there is loads round about it such as small pubs and laser quest which was super cheap and great fun!
Stewart was fantastic, really easy to get a hold of if needed for any advise and was kind enough to let us stay on a bit longer on the Sunday.
Would advice people to look into parking..the is an ncp car park nearby but is very expensive, a little further is another car park scottish widows on semple street which cost us £22 for the whole weekend but you can park on the street for free on the Saturday night and Sunday.
I would happily recommend anyone to stay here, loved everything about our stay and hope to visit again soon!! Thanks to stewart for having us! We all loved it!

"Great appartment and location!"

I stayed here with a group of 10 for a hen do and the appartment was fantastic. There was plenty of space and most importantly, it was clean. I was in contact with Stewart from booking until the end of our stay and he was extremely helpful, answering any questions very promptly and being very flexible with leaving times.

There were a couple of minor issues such as one of the showers being broken (although we did manage to fix it!) and some of the kitchen appliances being a tad dirty from when they were last used, but these were only small problems!

The appartment was perfect for a hen party, being located only a 10 minute walk to the city centre so not far from the bars and clubs on George Street.

I would like to thank Stewart for being so helpful. The bride to be had a fantastic time and I would definitely recommend large parties to stay at this appartment!

"Excellent flat in great location"

Had a great stay down in Edinburgh. Flat was clean, well presented and great to stay in with friends. Only 5 mins walk into town. Dealt with Stewart who was helpful and prompt in reply. Would definitely stay again.

"Fantastic stay"

Stayed as a group of 10 girls for a hen party weekend. Plenty of space, the apartment is a lot bigger than it looks from the pictures. Very easy check in and check out and flexibility around our arrival and departure time. Well equipped kitchen and large living space. I would definitely recommend the apartment!

"Perfect for Large Group"

A group of 10 of us stayed in the apartment for Hogmanany. We had the apartment for 5 nights, albeit it only staying for 4 nights from the Saturday (28th December) before New Years, and leaving on New Years Day. This apartment was extremely good value, compared to other apartments of similar size, locations and quality over Hogmanay. Would also highly recommend Edinburgh for Hogmanay celebrations!

Stewart was extremely flexible with our arrival and departure times, and was happy to let us leave a little later on New Years day than usually stated, which was very much appreciated. Prior to our stay Stewart was very easy to get hold of to make arrangements and payments with no problems, and queries we had when we were in Edinburgh were made easily by text. We also recieved our full deposit back, with no deductions 2 working days after leaving.

The apartment was much larger than it appeared in photos on various websites, and the living room area was easily big enough as a communal space. Chairs have also been addedto the table so that it easily fit 10 people comfortably round it. Amenities in the apartment were good, with plenty of fridge space, dish washer, washing machine, and good wifi, though it would have been useful if there had been a small handbook with things such as the wifi password in and basic instructions for the appliances, like the oven which took us a good while to work out. This way we would have meant we would have not had to keep pestering Stewart with questions over text - perhaps a handbook could also have basic information such as taxi numbers too.

Bedrooms were of good size, especially the 5, with linen and towels provided, and even the bedroom of 3 was not as cramped as it looks on photos. Worth noting that the en-suite is attached to the bedroom of 3 too, which we couldn't find written anywhere on the internet. It was also useful to have the key deposit box for large groups, as meant key could be left in there so flexible for when people returned at different times.

The apartment is very close to the centre of Edinburgh, about 5-10 minutes walk from the Haymarket end of Princes Street, and 15 minutes up the the castle, so not far at all and easily walkable. Lots of nearby amenities - Sainsburys local about 5 minutes walk towards the centre, and Starbucks just around the corner.

Only criticisms was that the apartment had some general wear - broken lock on one of the bathrooms of particular note but this is to be expected from an apartment that accomodates large groups for a reasonable, and could be easily repaired. It would also be good if some basic things were provided like toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, washing up liquid and good quality scrubber, rather than us having to buy them oursleves when we arrived which was a bit of a pain.

Overall though I would highly recommend the apartment - for what we wanted from an apartment for a big group of young people, near the centre, for a reasonable price, it ticked all the boxes.

"Excellent accommodation in a perfect location"

The apartment was very nice, spacious and clean. It's situated a short walk from Princes Street and Haymarket station which makes the location of it perfect.
Plastic glasses were provided so there was no need to worry about any accidents. Stewart was very friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

"Perfect Location, perfect apartment!"

We stayed in this apartment for my friends hen party and it ticked all the boxes. Perfect location, so close to town yet away from the hussle and bussle and on a lovely quiet street. The apartment was clean and spacious, plenty of room for 10 of us to stay comfortably and extremely good value. Stewart was also extremely helpful. We would definately recommend any large group to stay here.
