"LUXURY, SPACIOUS, COSY PENTHOUSE"
Had a lovely long weekend break and was kindly welcomed by the owner and it is a wow factor on entry with size and views from front and rear, ticks 10/10 for us. If you like lounging with coffee, wine and dining in comfort of apartment, eating out, the coast, the city, walking, touring, then this is the place for you. We stayed because a member of the family was running in the Edinburgh marathon and whilst weather not bril to enjoy the outdoor balconies, there was ample of other things to do and it is only a short cheap taxi fair £9.00 for four into the city. The bus stop is only over the road too and £3.50 return so you do not need the car. Walking is only up to half hour if you like the exercise. Would 100% recommend this apartment and would love to return again as lots to do.

"Great appartment, good location, fantastic owner!"
Myself and my partner travelled with our two young children and stayed over the may bank hol w.end. Our first impression of the appartment and of Craig were not wrong. Both were wonderful. The appartment has everything you could need and Craig is a gentleman and very mindful of any requirements you may have. The location was good especially as we did not have a car yet we were able to get a bus or taxi relatively easily and at reasonable cost.

Craig couldn't have been more helpful. Apartment was very spacious and fully equipped to make our stay a home from home. The location was ideal for exploring Leith and the city centre, with great views across the city. We will definitely be back soon.

Stayed with 5 friends in this penthouse apartment over a weekend, and had an absolutely brilliant time! Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the apartment which was extremely clean, tidy and welcoming. Although it is not mentioned, the penthouse also has under-floor heating which we found out on the second day. Great location only 5 mins from the centre of Edinburgh (taxi will cost between £6-£11 as they add on an extra charge). Would definitely recommend and consider staying here again.

The apartment is on the top floor of an impressive development and has the benefit of secure underground parking. The apartment itself has excellent views from the dual aspect open plan living space and was both clean and well equipped. My wife and I regularly take short breaks in Edinburgh, usually accompanied by our teenage son, always staying in self catering apartments. This is probably the best we have stayed in and we will certainly be returning. Many thanks to Craig for his warm welcome.
